January 1, Maine Faces Federal Court Over Sports Rule Controversy

The Department of Education is cracking down on Maine for not following the rules about sports. They’re sending the case to the Department of Justice to sort it out in court.
Just a couple of months ago, President Trump and Maine’s Governor Janet Mills got into a big argument about boys playing in girls’ sports at the White House. It was a hot topic!
The Education Department’s Craig Trainor says they gave Maine lots of chances to fix things, but the state didn’t listen. Instead, they stuck to their own ideas, which aren’t good for keeping students safe and fair. Because of this, Maine will now have to explain their actions in court against the big guns at the Justice Department.
This is all about Maine letting kids who say they’re a different gender join girls’ sports. The Trump team says that breaks the rules of Title IX, which are supposed to stop gender discrimination.
Maine didn’t want to make a deal with the government, so things are getting serious. Sarah Forster from Maine says they don’t think there’s a problem and have some court cases on their side, but it looks like they’re heading to court anyway.
A judge stopped the government from cutting some of Maine’s money for now, but the battle isn’t over.
Even Republican Senator Susan Collins from Maine, who usually tries to find middle ground, is agreeing with President Trump on this one. She says everyone should be treated with respect, but the rules were made for sex, not how someone feels about their gender.
This is a big deal, and we’re going to see how it all plays out in court!
Wyatt Matters!
The situation in Maine about the sports rules is important because it affects how fair and safe sports are for all students. The government is worried that kids who say they are a different gender are playing on teams that might not match their biological sex. This goes against what the rules in Title IX are supposed to stop—gender discrimination. The people in charge think this isn’t fair to other kids who play sports. They’ve been trying to get Maine to change its rules, but Maine doesn’t think there’s a problem.
Maine believes they have a reason to allow kids to play on teams that match their gender identity because they have some court cases that support them. But the government still thinks they need to answer to the Justice Department about not following Title IX properly. This means it’s getting serious, and both sides have to convince the court about their views. It’s a tough situation because it’s about balancing respect for individual identity with ensuring fairness in sports competition.
Even Senator Susan Collins from Maine, who usually likes to find a middle ground, agrees with the President and says that the sports rules should be about sex, not how someone feels about their gender. It’s a big issue, and lots of people have different opinions. In the end, the court will have to decide which rules are best and fair for everyone involved. This decision will be important for schools and students all over the country, not just in Maine.

The State Of Maine has become as looney as California, the rest of The West Coast, Illinios (Chicago-specifically), Wisocnsin (but awakening), Arizona (somewhat awakening) Massachusetts, Vermont, New Jersey and New York, including more that are slowly coming around to the crazy, nutty thinking of the left and acknowledging some common sense. However, there is idiocy that continues to prevail in many areas? FOOLS will continue to be FOOLS to the end of days!

The easiest and best cure for this Title IX lunacy is to ammend it to specify “women” as those with XX genes everywhere “women” or “female” appears in Title IX. Make the edit take place immediately. If wacko states like Maine continue to let males identifying as females compete as females watch the real women that lose start filing HUGE lawsuits against the State and individuals.

If these trans want to compete, then they should have to lose their genitalia that makes them males. See f they are really serious about being female.

It never was fair for states to allow biological males to compete in sports against biological females. Two additional points:
1) This form of ‘class warfare’ has been seized on by the Marxists, in their attempts to overthrow this country and make it but part of their totalitarian New World Order. It has been a wakeup call for some time now. Hopefully, things are charging, to deny them their desired outcome in this regard. And
2) Just concentrating on the effects of something stops the more intelligent response of dealing with the cause. In this case, it has been known for some time that an imbalance of hormones in the fetal bath, at a particular, early stage of its development, can result in a female-patterned brain being ‘wired’ into a biologically male body and vice versa and every stop along the abnormal spectrum in between, like trannies.
The causes are varied. Among them: Stress – of all kinds, physical, mental, emotional (it has been known for some time that there are a larger number of homosexually-inclined children born in the wake of wars than the normal background ‘noise’ can account for, e.g.). And a couple of biggies, in our time and on our watch: Endocrine disruptors/estrogen mimics in the environment, from the likes of plastics, pesticides/herbicides, cosmetics, even (!), and the inner linings of canned foods (!!); and drugs like barbiturates, prescribed to pregnant females without sufficient regard for their potential effects on the developing fetus.
The LGBTQ++ phenomenon, then, is like a canary in a coal mine. We have ignored that warning to our peril. In sum: It’s time and past for a wakeup cali in this regard. Tempus fugue.

That should be ‘Tempus fugit’. Sorry. (The AI thought it knew better than me what I meant.)
