January 1, Kamala’s VP Pick Under Fire as 1995 Arrest Details Emerge
The recent announcement of Vice President Kamala Harris’s new running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, takes an intriguing turn as details about his 1995 DUI arrest emerge, casting a shadow over the Democratic nominee. Court records suggest, contrary to Walz’s previous statements, he misled the public about the circumstances surrounding the arrest.
It was in Nebraska, where Gov. Walz resided in 1995, that he was apprehended for driving while intoxicated. He later struck a plea agreement, confessing to reckless driving. This checkered history resurfaced during subsequent political campaigns; however, Walz maintained his sobriety during the incident.
During his 2006 bid for Congress, when the DUI arrest came to light, Walz’s campaign characterized the event as a misunderstanding. According to a report by the Post Bulletin of Rochester, Minnesota, Walz’s campaign attributed the miscommunication to his hearing impairment.
Although he initially pleaded not guilty and sought to quash the blood alcohol test in court, Walz eventually capitulated and pleaded guilty to reckless driving, paying a $200 fine.
Kerry Greeley, Walz’s campaign manager, did not contest that Walz was exceeding the speed limit when he was pulled over, but continued to assert his sobriety. She blamed the misunderstanding on Walz’s deafness, a result of his tenure as an artillerist in the Army National Guard.
However, Alpha News reported in 2022 that Walz’s claims of sobriety during the 1995 DUI arrest are contradicted by court documents. A court transcript cites the former Dawes County Attorney Rex Nowlan, who said, “Mr. Walz was driving south of town on 385 in Dawes County at a high rate of speed… When he was stopped, he was given a blood test which did show a .128 blood alcohol.”
Russell Harford, Walz’s attorney, later admitted that Walz “had been drinking.” Harford asserted his client thought he was being pursued, which is why he was speeding away from the state trooper. The transcript can be found here.
These emerging details about Walz’s past indiscretions will undeniably raise questions about the Vice President’s choice of running mate and the credibility of his narrative about the 1995 event.

Walz is an elitist pos who doesn’t believe he has to follow the laws the rest of us are held to. America needs honesty and integrity to return to our political system. Harris and Walz won’t do that.

Yeah, but, but, but … he wears a camo hat.
All those staged phone-y calls. What is with the Democrats?
I think the Stolen Valor and all the rest of the phoniness will kill his candidacy. Then what do they do? Stick with a dead horse or stage another phone-y call to yet another piece of unelectable trash.

he was found guilty therefore he should admit his mistake, rather than trying to lie his way out of it.

He couldn’t tell the truth – it isn’t in democrats’ genes (which is why they are democrats). They lie when the truth would serve them better. But did you notice they always have someone or something else to blame no matter how ridiculous it is?

Under Walz leadership Minnesota’s homeless population has become disproportionately people of color. About 64% were people of color compared to about 22% of the state population, according to the U.S. Census.

He’s just riding in the in the spotlight for now. He’s done nothing for Minnesota, the same as he do for the country. He knows nothing of truth – the democrat way. For those reasons I refer to them as demon- crats!

Tim Walz is unfit for any government position.
He wants to let illegals waltz right in. And he was stone deaf during the riots that followed the murder of George Floyd. It was Burn, baby, burn under his so called leadership at that time. He is worse than Kamala and much more far left, if that is even possible. The two of them would be a total disaster for this country. They both want to defund the police. They are both against the principles upon which this country was founded.
