January 1, Judge’s Decision Spurs New Twist in Trump Case

Folks, listen up! Here’s some big news that just came out. Judge Juan Merchan has given President Trump, who just won another election, some good news. Trump got the okay to try and get the charges against him in New York thrown out. They even took the sentencing date off the calendar for now.

So, here’s how it’s gonna go down: Trump’s lawyers have until December 2 to ask the court to drop the case, and the other side has until December 9 to say why it shouldn’t be dropped. The sentencing that was supposed to happen on November 26 is now on hold too.

Steven Cheung, who’s gonna be the new White House communications boss, said it’s a big win for Trump. He said the whole thing was a hoax and that it’s on pause now. He also talked about how Americans have spoken loudly by voting Trump back into office, showing they’re tired of all the so-called “witch hunt” cases.

Trump’s lawyer, Todd Blanche, wrote a letter saying this case shouldn’t even be a thing anymore. He thinks it’s just politics and against what’s right. He pointed out Trump’s big win in the 2024 election as proof that this case needs to go away. Blanche said the law supports dropping the case to make sure everything runs smoothly as Trump gets ready to be president again.

Backstory here: There’s this case about some supposed hush money payments. Trump pleaded not guilty to it, but after a trial, they found him guilty. But Trump’s team is fighting back, saying it was all unfair and they want that decision overturned.

Bragg, the guy pushing this case, wanted the whole thing paused for a long time, until 2029! He said he’ll fight Trump’s move to drop the case but is open to hearing his side.

Trump’s team also thinks letting this case go on would mess things up big time for the government.

Finally, Trump’s lawyers are preparing for any next moves, making sure Trump has the time needed to sort things out if the court doesn’t rule in his favor.

And just to remind you, the Supreme Court ruled that presidents have a lot of protection from legal cases related to things they did while in office. This ties back to another case about the events on January 6, 2021, which Trump has also contested, pleading not guilty.

Stay tuned, folks. There’s a lot more to come!

Wyatt Matters!

The recent news about President Trump’s legal battles is quite significant. A judge has granted Trump the opportunity to challenge the charges against him in New York, and the sentencing date has been postponed for now. This gives Trump and his team more time to argue their case. The lawyers are working hard to convince the court to drop the case entirely. They believe that since Trump won the recent election, this legal battle is more about politics than justice.

Some people, like Steven Cheung, see this as a huge victory for Trump. They think the whole case is just a way to target Trump unfairly. With Americans voting him back into office, they claim it shows that people are tired of the ongoing legal pressures, often referred to as “witch hunts.” Trump’s lawyers, led by Todd Blanche, argue that this case isn’t valid and that it’s important to move past it so Trump can effectively focus on leading the country as the newly re-elected president.

However, not everyone agrees with this perspective. The prosecution, led by Bragg, wants the case to continue, though they’re open to discussions. They believe the legal process should go on despite the recent election results. Trump’s legal team is preparing for whatever comes next, ensuring that Trump has the time and resources needed to handle these challenges. With all eyes on the court’s decision, many are eager to see how this situation unfolds.

They need to go after those people who really have committed
Treason/crimes by going against the Constitution selling
American farmland to foreign countries and letting millions into
America illegally. Should prosecute pharmaceutical companies with crimes for giving vaccines that they knew were causing, illness, cancer and death, and murdering human babies by abortion. How come unborn babies can inherit property are human then but not when abortion is wanted!
