President Joe Biden’s pick to replace Jen Psaki as White House press secretary has already sparked concerns of a conflict of interest over her relationship with a CNN reporter.
Karine Jean-Pierre, who will become the first black and openly gay woman to serve as press secretary, lives with CNN’s national correspondent Suzanne Malveaux in Washington, DC, with their 7-year-old daughter.
“This is one of many examples of the corporate media literally in bed with the government it covers,” said Alex Marlow, editor-in-chief of Breitbart.
CNN has confirmed that Malveaux will not cover politics while Jean-Pierre serves as press secretary.
“Suzanne Malveaux will continue in her role as CNN National Correspondent covering national/international news and cultural events but will not cover politics, Capitol Hill, or the White House while Karine Jean-Pierre is serving as White House Press Secretary,” CNN spokesman Matt Dornic said in a statement.
Jean-Pierre, who currently serves as the principal White House deputy press secretary, will take over for Psaki on May 13.

It will never stop – they have already destroyed our history by allowing removal of statues because they offend blacks. I have never been a racist but i am so tired of hearing the first black this the first black that. I worked my butt off for 60 years and was never given anything free including the college debt for my child. Will the government give me back some of that debt when they forgive the current college debt for people?
