The Iranian president delivered his remarks to the United Nations General Assembly. He claimed the Islamic Republic was the wronged party in its long-standing tensions with the United States.

After Pezeshkian said, “Iran has never, ever been an aggressor,” the single American representative in the chamber stood up and left.

A U.S. delegate walked out of the Iranian president's speech at the UN as he criticized the United States and said his country had been “victims of terrorism.”
