Wyatt’s Take

  • Federal agents raided Ilhan Omar’s DC home with a warrant signed by a leftist judge, proving this is no political stunt.
  • Allegations of immigration fraud, marriage fraud, and massive unexplained wealth point to serious federal crimes that could end her congressional career.
  • Democrats’ panic over the timing shows they fear the truth more than the midterms.

The Justice Department appears to be wrapping up its case against radical Minnesota Democrat Ilhan Omar, and a federal Christmas present in the form of indictments may be coming soon.

U.S. Department of Homeland Security agents raided Omar’s Washington, DC home last Monday armed with a judicial warrant signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Matthew Sharbaugh.

Omar’s fellow leftists immediately cried political revenge from President Trump, but that claim is laughable. Judge Sharbaugh donated to Hillary Clinton and clerked for Obama appointees, making him anything but a Trump loyalist.

The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause for any warrant, and the fact that this leftist judge signed off shows the evidence is strong.

“The library told The Washington Post on Tuesday that Omar’s staff had sought that change, saying at the time that it was in the process of correcting Omar’s birth year in various public sources.”

Omar’s birth date was quietly changed in 2019, making her 18 rather than 17 when she supposedly gained citizenship through her father. That would make her ineligible for derivative naturalization.

Her father’s citizenship records are also missing, and some claim he was a Somali warlord who lied to enter the country in the first place.

“The library told The Washington Post on Tuesday that Omar’s staff had sought that change, saying at the time that it was in the process of correcting Omar’s birth year in various public sources.”

Omar’s 2009 marriage to a man allegedly her brother could constitute immigration fraud, opening the door to prison time and denaturalization for both.

Her financial disclosures show a jaw-dropping jump from modest assets to $30 million in one year before being quietly changed back, raising questions about unexplained wealth.

The U.S. House of Representatives has a constitutional duty to investigate whether Omar is even a legitimate citizen eligible to serve. If she isn’t, she must be expelled.

Federal law allows denaturalization for those who commit fraud to obtain citizenship, with no statute of limitations. Former Nazis have been stripped of citizenship decades later for lying on their paperwork.

The evidence must be overwhelming for a leftist DC judge to approve a raid on a sitting member of Congress three weeks before midterms. Omar would be wise to watch for an indictment before Christmas.

Wyatt Matters

Middle America still believes in the rule of law, and no one should be above it, especially those who came here seeking refuge only to abuse the system.
