Wyatt’s Take

  • ICE has stepped up to arrest illegal migrants with violent criminal records.
  • Child predators and gang members are being taken off the streets.
  • These actions aim to protect American families and neighborhoods.

ICE announced the arrest of what they called the “worst of the worst” illegal migrants, including those with convictions for child sex crimes and gang violence. The agency says these arrests are vital for community safety.

“Every town is a border town because of 4 years of mass illegal migration into our country. Our ICE law enforcement officers are arresting the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens in American communities,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

She added, “Just yesterday, ICE arrested child pornographers, MS-13 gang members, and murderers.  We are thankful for our law enforcement officers who put their lives on the line to remove these heinous criminals from our neighborhoods.”

Leading the arrests was Francisco Luna-Tristan from Mexico, convicted of indecency with a child. Hsa Mu Na from Thailand had convictions for child pornography production and possession. David Diaz-Alvaredo from El Salvador was convicted of murder tied to MS-13 activities. Other arrests included Kevin Damian Duhaney from Jamaica, convicted of gun crimes and attempted assault, and Leonel Longoria-Aquirino from Mexico, found guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The agency said they will keep targeting and deporting dangerous illegal migrants who threaten American safety.

Standing up for safe communities takes courage. These arrests are a reminder that border security matters right in our hometowns, not just on the southern line. Working families need this protection so kids and parents can live without fear.
