January 1, WATCH: VP Harris Confronted Over Promoting Discriminatory Policy Amid Hurricane Ian

Vice President Kamala Harris was asked to clarify controversial comments she made about providing disaster relief aid amid Hurricane Ian, saying that “communities of color” should be prioritized.

“It is our lowest income communities and our communities of color that are most impacted by these extreme conditions and impacted by issues that are not of their own making,” Harris said at the Democratic National Committee’s Women’s Leadership Forum on Friday.

“We have to address this in a way that is about giving resources based on equity, understanding that we fight for equality, but we also need to fight for equity, understanding not everyone starts out at the same place,” Harris continued.

“And if we want people to be in an equal place, sometimes we have to take into account those disparities and do that work,” she added.

On Saturday, Harris attended the Phoenix Awards Dinner in Washington, D.C., where an attendee confronted her over the remarks. The VP did not offer any clarification.

A man asked Harris: “Vice President, can you clarify what you meant about equity for hurricane relief?”

A video of the interaction shows Harris glance at the man as he asks his question, avert her eyes, and continue walking away.

Christina Pushaw, the Rapid Response Director for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ reelection campaign, emphasized that the federal programs assist anyone impacted by Hurricane Ian.

“[The VP’s] rhetoric is causing undue panic and must be clarified,” Pushaw wrote on Twitter. “FEMA Individual Assistance is already available to all Floridians impacted by Hurricane Ian, regardless of race or background. If you need assistance visit disasterassistance.gov or call 1-800-621-3362.”

Yep, the dems get a totally FREE pass on anything and everything!!! And of coursed we have ALL learned that only white people can be racist according to Buffoon Joe Bidet, Horizontal Harris, Petrified Piglosi, the rest of their ilk, looney libs, whacked-out woke, snotty snowflakes and any other degenerate dingbats that so liberally toss out “the race card” about every subject that comes up. There won’t be any media outrage about Horizontal Harris’s blatantly racist remarks. Just move of the “nothing newsworthy here”, move along now.

Keep in mind that Kala’s comments are actually in the same echo chamber as Biden. He stood in PR, ranting that he was going to treat them better than his the former President did. Wonder if Joe will double the $92B Dems in PR stuffed in their pockets with under Trump?
