January 1, Governor’s Unexpected View on Border Crisis Revealed

Published

on

Massachusetts Democrat Governor Maura Healey has been vocal about the impact of the southern border crisis on her state. However, when it comes to addressing the serious crimes committed by illegal border crossers, she appears to be less concerned.

A recent case involving Cory Alvarez, a 26-year-old Haitian national who entered the U.S. illegally, has brought this issue to the forefront. Alvarez was arrested this month on allegations of assaulting and raping a disabled teen at a migrant shelter in Rockland, Massachusetts.

Alvarez didn’t just cross the border of his own volition. He was flown from Haiti to New York City on a taxpayer-funded flight, courtesy of the Biden Administration’s illegal categorical parole program known as CHNV. As House Republicans pointed out in a recent letter, this program “allows up to 30,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans to fly into the U.S.” each month.

When questioned about the incident, Healey initially expressed sympathy for the victim, describing Alvarez’s alleged actions as “horrible.” However, her response took a different tone when asked how she planned to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

Rather than calling for stricter border control or advocating for the deportation of the millions of illegal immigrants who have entered the U.S. under Biden’s watch, Healey seemed to imply that such crimes are inevitable. “We have security and systems in place, we have vetting in place. It is unfortunate that, you know, from time to time, things will happen,” she said.

Healey herself is not exempt from the fallout of the border crisis. In August last year, she declared a state of emergency in Massachusetts due to the rapidly increasing number of migrant families arriving in the state. Despite this, she continues to use the influx of illegal border crossers as a political talking point.

In a recent interview, she even suggested that the case of Alvarez, who arrived in America under the federal government’s protection, highlights the challenges states are facing due to the mass numbers crossing the borders.

However, Healey consistently absolves Democrats and their open border policies of any responsibility for the crisis. Instead, she blames Former President Donald Trump and congressional Republicans for not supporting the Democrats’ border proposals earlier this year.

“That’s playing politics, and we and other states continue to pay the price,” Healey said.

The reality is that there has been a significant increase in preventable crimes committed by foreigners who have crossed the open border since Biden took office in January 2021. This is a direct result of Biden’s rollback of border security, vetting, and punishment measures, which has allowed criminals like Alvarez to enter the U.S. with minimal scrutiny and virtually no threat of deportation.

Healey’s assertion that some crimes committed by illegal border crossers can’t be fully prevented is a gross misrepresentation. It’s a calculated lie designed to mask her party’s role in encouraging the invasion at our Southern border.

Illegal immigration is unacceptable. – END OF STORY. It is a threat tto national security and domestic safety. It places an unacceptable tax burden upon those who actually pay taxes. Furthermore it diverts funds from areas of domestic need. Is the harm (Crime) inflicted upon the law abiding by illegal immigrants to be viewed as acceptable collateral damage?! NO WAY IN HELL! Should necessary/established services be reduced to provide for the immediate needs of illegal migrants? NO! Is there any guarantee whatsoever that a porous border does not provide easy access for a criminal element or worse yet foreign operatives with malice, means and intent? NO!

These politicians are fools as are the people who are backing them. I’m sure they’re tune will change if and when some illegals do something to one of their family members. Then again they are so brain dead it may not matter to them.

How dare you blame the Republicans. The democrat party and Joe Biden are totally to blame. American lives are being killed. Children are being raped. How would you react if your children or grandchildren were raped plus any family members and their children were raped and/ or killed. You better open up your eyes and ears to really realize what is happening to our beloved country. People are flooding our country because Joe Biden and whoever is controlling him is trying to make our beloved United States into a third world country. If you are part of this then you should be ashamed. If not you need to go to another country to live because you do not love this country. Don’t stay here and try to destroy this country. Also the only republicans that agree with the democrat party is actually doing so in name only who ran as a republicans but are true democrats. Plus you people refer to yourselves as democratic which you are not. You are democrats only.

I lived in Massachusetts, most of my life, but her crazy anti second amendment views, her far left position and refused to take responsibility of her party leaders decisions on immigration, and the fact that the state has one of the most liberal appointed prosecutors, and of course, FAUXcahontas herself, Elizabeth Warren and Ed “Makarkey” Markey, I knew it was time to leave. I’m now in a red state which recently passed the law that makes squatters rights disappear, while they still remain in places like New York, and Massachusetts.

Massachusetts is still one of those states and many others that when you lose property due to unpaid taxes, they figure a way to keep all of the proceeds over and above, the taxes that you owed and were delinquent in and any reasonable collection, fees and efforts they had to go through so if you want to go to a cradle of tyranny, I suggest you moved to Massachusetts
