January 1, GOP Slams Loudoun School Board Over Suspensions
Wyatt’s Take
- Loudoun County’s school board faces backlash after suspending boys for locker room complaints.
- State Republicans argue the policy threatens privacy and ignores parents.
- Officials call for leadership change and a return to commonsense values.
Three boys in Loudoun County were suspended after voicing unease about sharing the boys’ locker room with a transgender student.
This incident led to sharp criticism from Virginia Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, candidate John Reid, and local Republican leaders, who say the school board pushes an extreme agenda at the expense of children’s privacy.
Geary Higgins, the county’s last Republican state lawmaker, called the board’s actions “an embarrassment to our county, a danger to our children, a betrayal of our parents, and a disservice to the countless good teachers and principals at our Loudoun County Public Schools—who are being forced to carry out a radical political agenda that puts students last and keeps parents in the dark.”
Higgins said, “They have been punished and defamed for sexual harassment simply because they were uncomfortable with a female watching them change and filming them in their locker room.”
He claims the boys are victims, not wrongdoers, and pushed for electing new leadership to reset school values and protect students’ basic rights.
Lt. Gov. Earle-Sears argued that every child has a right to privacy, stating, “We don’t want to undress at the gym, in a locker room, in front of the opposite sex. And if we don’t want that as adults, imagine our very vulnerable children, especially our girl children.”
Loudoun County Public Schools denied the suspensions were based solely on the students’ discomfort. “At no time would LCPS suspend a student simply because they expressed some kind of discomfort… there is a high bar to launch a Title IX investigation and an even higher bar to determine a student is in violation of Title IX,” a school spokesman said.
The spokesman also rejected claims education had declined in the county, saying such statements were “completely not true.”
Republican leaders want a commonsense school board that puts families first, not radical politics.
Wyatt Matters
When schools forget the values that built strong communities, it’s working folks and their kids who suffer most. Protecting privacy and common sense is something Middle America still believes in.

I am an older citizen, 78 years old. Back in the stone age,’61-65 in high school a person stroked my buttocks in the communal shower. That person was punched and stuffed into a wall locker and pitched down a flight of stairs. To the best of my knowledge, he never stroked anyone else’s butt. He graduated in ’65. No person should have to accept an unwanted advance let alone be filmed in a locker room. Our students aren’t making porn movies and shouldn’t be subject to their privacy being violated. Let transgender men and women share the same changing and bathroom facilities.

They seek to blur the lines because the ones in charge are ped0s who want these kids primed to be victims.
In the broader context, the ones in charge have been put there by a mixture of globalists who seek to destroy individual countries in order to create their one-world government and the complacent ones who allow the creep.
This is why.
