January 1, Giuliani: “We’re Starting to Live in a Fascist State”
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani warned, “we’re starting to live in a fascist state.”
Giuliani, previously the personal lawyer of former President Donald Trump, received word that he was the target of a Georgia investigation into the 2020 election.
“It’s just a further desecration of the Sixth Amendment. I was [Trump’s] lawyer of record in that case. The statements that I made are either attorney-client privilege, because they were between me and him, or they were being made on his behalf in order to defend him,” Giuliani told Newsmax.
“When you start turning around lawyers into defendants when they’re defending their clients, we’re starting to live in a fascist state,” he said. “Look, I’ve already had my law office raided. I never thought I’d ever see that happen.”
According to The Hill, the subpoena accuses Giuliani of repeatedly asserting that election fraud had occurred in Georgia in 2020 using a video that state officials allegedly debunked.
“There is evidence that the Witness’s appearance and testimony at the hearing was part of a multi-state, coordinated plan by the Trump Campaign to influence the results of the November 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere,” the subpoena read.

GIULIANI stated where starting to live in a FASCIST STATE, that’s funny he should bring that up seeing HE and his FAT F—ING BUDDY CHUMP started that BALL ROLLING 2 years ago, and CHUMP is just continuing to keep it ROLLING in the same direction, I really feel sorry for you FOOLISH RATS and the rest of us. Mahh it’s time to move on beyond that there is plenty of ass kicking and time to kick ass that to me is counterintuitive because we all thought it was going to be quick hell so did he but we got stonewalled by our current idiot in chief his justice department himself q commission making this come full circle will be him in office in 24 because however right it wrong he isn’t pouting there was legitimate tampering j7st with my sole evidence of all well 99 percent of his candidates for the mid term were elected honestly it either says 1or2 things both being higher education j7st makes you dumb and ivy league school makes you terminally ill. Joe couldn’t carry trump’s jock and I did not vote for the man . I feel like a good bait and switch coming because like Joe trump will be 82 leaving office but you can see a different 78 or brain age now so he may do it but if he is compensated for the election it will probably be a paycheck and he will spend the rest of his life fighting the government in court but he seems to like that.
