According to the indictment, the group used threats and violence to maintain power in their neighborhood. Leadership was allegedly held by Jose Antonio Morales Nieves, Ramon Roman-Montanez, and Nancy Rios-Valentin.

FBI Director Kash Patel called the arrests a big win for the city.
