January 1, EMBARRASSING: Biden DOJ Caught Making Same Humiliating Mistake—Again

Wyatt’s Take
- The Biden DOJ got caught with its pants down—again—repeating the exact same blunder that embarrassed them before
- This isn’t incompetence anymore, it’s a pattern of reckless disregard for basic standards
- Americans deserve better than a Justice Department that can’t even get the basics right
The Biden Administration’s Department of Justice has egg on its face once more, and this time there’s no excuse. They’ve repeated a mistake so glaring, so preventable, that it raises serious questions about who’s actually running the show over there.
Just when you thought the DOJ couldn’t become more of a national embarrassment, they’ve proven that lightning does strike twice—especially when nobody’s paying attention to quality control. The very same error that caused headaches and credibility problems before has resurfaced, making the department look less like a serious law enforcement agency and more like a clown car driving in circles.
Legal experts and conservative watchdogs immediately pounced on the revelation, pointing out that this kind of repeated failure doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when standards slip, when accountability disappears, and when political appointments replace competence.
“This is what happens when you prioritize ideology over excellence,” one former DOJ official noted. “The American people deserve a Justice Department that operates with precision and integrity, not one that repeats preventable mistakes.”
The blunder comes at a particularly awkward time for an administration already facing mounting criticism over its handling of law enforcement priorities. Critics have long argued that the Biden DOJ has been more focused on targeting political opponents and parents at school board meetings than on maintaining basic professional standards.
What makes this situation even more frustrating for taxpayers is that the first mistake should have been a wake-up call. It should have prompted new training, new procedures, new oversight. Instead, it appears nothing changed—and now the same problem has cropped up again, proving that the lesson wasn’t learned.
For hardworking Americans who expect their government to operate with basic competence, this repeated failure is more than just bureaucratic sloppiness. It’s a symbol of everything wrong with an out-of-touch Washington establishment that seems incapable of learning from its own mistakes.
The fact that DOJ leadership allowed this to happen twice suggests either willful negligence or stunning incompetence. Neither option inspires confidence in an institution that’s supposed to uphold the rule of law.
Conservative legal foundations are now calling for formal inquiries into how this mistake was allowed to happen again, with some demanding accountability at the highest levels of the department. They argue that without consequences, there’s no incentive for the DOJ to clean up its act.
As the story continues to develop, one thing is crystal clear: the American people are tired of watching their Justice Department stumble through scandal after scandal, mistake after mistake, with nobody ever held responsible.
Wyatt Matters
When the same preventable mistake happens twice at the highest levels of justice, it’s not bad luck—it’s bad leadership. Middle America expects government agencies to meet basic standards of competence, especially when those agencies wield enormous power over citizens’ lives. This repeated failure is a reminder that Washington elites have lost touch with the accountability and work ethic that built this country. Taxpayers foot the bill for this incompetence, and they deserve answers.

Hasn’t Biden gone the way of the Dodo? I’m beginning to think that Wyatt is really an AI bot masquerading under a pen name.

I agree with Farmer. The whole article tells about a “second blunder” but never says what the first or second blunder was. I think this story was a rehash with the blunders removed so it couldn’t be traced.
