Eating 3 meals a day comes from “white supremacy,” according to a complete moron.

This video of an “educated” woman is going viral for one of the most idiotic things I’ve ever head come out of a human mouth. Eating 3 meals a day is a form of white supremacy. Why? Because she is a nincompoop, that’s why.

Survival and eating three square meals a day have not always been easy for humanity. In fact, for much of human history, obtaining enough food to survive was a constant struggle.

Early humans were hunter-gatherers, which meant they had to forage for food and hunt animals to survive.

They did not have the luxury of eating three meals a day or even having a regular source of food. Instead, their diets consisted of whatever they could find, including berries, nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables, as well as small animals and fish.

Today, many people in developed countries have easy access to an abundance of food, but there are still many areas of the world where food insecurity is a major issue.

Not that you need to hear this but: No, eating three meals a day is not a form of white supremacy.
