The Department of Homeland Security released video showing moments before Renee Good was shot. The video included car horns blaring as tensions rose.

Some in the Trump administration say Good planned to ram ICE agents with her vehicle before the shooting.

Sganga questioned Bovino about whether their actions aimed to send a message instead of calming things down.

Bovino responded,

“The agitators and the rioters here in Minneapolis need to understand that our operations will continue unabated, despite the violence they perpetrate against law enforcement.”
