January 1, Congressman Demands Buttigieg’s Resignation in Fiery Speech from House Floor

ON THIS DAY IN HISTORY…
1930: Mahatma Gandhi begins his famous 200 mile protest march against the widely hated British salt tax.

U.S. Rep. Mike Collins (R-GA) called for Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg’s immediate resignation, citing his handling of the toxic train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio.

“Buttigieg took 10 days to acknowledge this incident, and three weeks to show up and support the community,” Collins said from the House floor. “As Ohioans fled their homes and worried about their health, the secretary of transportation was on TV whining about too many white people in construction industries.”

The Georgia Republican accused Buttigieg of prioritizing “woke” policies rather than what’s best for the American people.

“From his first day in office, he has been more focused on diversity training and identity politics than on building and maintaining America’s transportation system,” Collins said. “He has abandoned his department’s mission of improving the safety, technology and efficiency of our infrastructure in favor of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.”

Collins called for Buttigieg’s immediate resignation, saying that doing so would allow the secretary to “promote wokeness and take private jets on his own dime at his own time.” The dig was a reference to an ongoing investigation into Buttigieg for using private jets to travel.

“Pete Buttigieg has shown that he is unfit to lead the Department of Transportation and must resign immediately,” he said.

Collins and nine other Republicans also co-sponsored a resolution calling for Buttigieg’s resignation, saying that his “ineptitude has jeopardized the safety and prosperity of the American people.”

The resolution cites Buttigieg’s absence “during a historical supply chain crisis when United States ports faced a record backlog of ships stranded off of United States coasts.” The resolution also notes that “more than 15,000 flights” were canceled under Buttigieg, calling it “the worst and most costly single airline operational disruption in the history of United States aviation.”

Agreed 100%. This installed idiot does not deserve a position in the WH that involves any decisions for 1,000 to millions of people. He is the same as the resident in the WH that occupies the “PEOPLES HOUSE”. Neither of them care. When has Biden visited EAST PALENSTINE????? I will answer that. “NEVER’.
I believe we should start ignoring Biden the way he ignores the PEOPLE OF THIS ONCE GREAT COUNTRY. What both have done in this situation, tells me they hate ‘AMERICA” and “AMERICANS”.
This will never be forgotten as to how this whole thing was handle from beginning to end. They pushed all of the blame on the railroad company so they would not have to deal with this.
We have one leader whom cares, and that is “PRESIDENT DONANLD J. TRUMP”. THE TRUE POTUS AND ALWAYS WILL BE.

The first four letters of his last name describe what he is. Just to look at him he has some type of genetic discrepancy.
Bullied constantly growing up too probably. I always wonder who the heck the parents are that produced something like this embezzler spirochete.?
