January 1, Blue State Official’s Bold Offer: Aiding a 13-Year-Old’s Sex Change Surgery

New revelations from the Daily Caller News Foundation suggest that a senior policy adviser in Washington state might have gone beyond her role’s expectations. Jane Beyer, associated with the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner, was caught in an email exchange offering support to an attorney, John Cummings, seeking assistance in obtaining a sex-change surgery for his 13-year-old client.

According to the source material, the parents’ healthcare provider, Kaiser Permanente, hesitated to perform the procedure in 2022. Their reason? The child needed to turn 14 first. This delay moved Cummings to contact Washington state officials. Beyer responded to his outreach, stating, “We’re happy to speak with him, and if the family’s health plan is fully insured, they can file a complaint for us to investigate further.”

Cummings, in his email to the Washington State LGBTQ Commission, alleged that Kaiser Permanente’s refusal to cover the sex-change surgery until his client reached 14 violated state law. Further, Cummings made a bold accusation, stating that this delay could cost his client an educational year due to recovery timings aligning with the 2023-2024 school schedule.

The attorney went on to say that Kaiser’s treatment of his client was “condescending”, asserting that the company had plans to discontinue all sex-change procedures for patients under 18 years of age.

He wrote, “Kaiser has begun condescending to my client: claiming that meeting with him to discuss his care is a ‘favor’ and he should be ‘grateful.’ Kaiser claims they plan to end gender-affirming care for all people under the age of 18. My client is frustrated and terrified.”

As the story unfolded, Beyer’s involvement took a deeper turn. Her correspondences cited state laws that essentially “prohibited discrimination” against patients seeking “gender-affirming treatment”, highlighting that age shouldn’t be a factor for denying coverage. She also referred to Kaiser’s “Gender Health Program,” which, as per their website, emphasizes providing care in the “best interest of the child or adolescent.”

While Cummings remained tight-lipped on further discussions with Beyer or the current status of his client’s surgery, citing attorney-client privilege, a growing debate ensues around this topic.

Highlighting concerns around such surgeries, Kaiser is currently grappling with a lawsuit from Chloe Cole. Cole underwent various sex-change treatments from the age of 13 to 17, including puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and a double mastectomy. However, she has since de-transitioned and is now a strong voice against permitting minors access to transgender medical procedures.

Despite these revelations, both Beyer and a spokesperson for Molly Voris, the senior policy adviser for Public Health and Health Care who forwarded Cummings’ request to Beyer, chose not to comment.

Must stomp this evil out. Wait until you are of adult age of reasoning – around 25 years old before allowing this unthinkable atrocity. It’s their own bodies, then.

I wonder if this “brave official” will be ready to pay a multi-million dollar lawsuit to this teenager when he grows up, turns on his brain and finds the one who destroyed his body and his life?

If a 13 year-old is too young to legally consent to USE their sexual organs (age of consent/statutory rape laws) then how could they possibly be able to consent to permanently mutilate them? How can they formulate “informed consent” for such surgery when they have never experienced the proper use of the organs they would destroy? Even when fantasist psychological professionals insist that it’s beneficial to the mental health of the delusional if the rest of us are forced to cater to their delusions how can they possibly justify this?

Wonder how many trans who have had surgeries and altering drugs will end up on some type of welfare in years to come, due to complications which stops them from being productive participants in society. Sooner than later the left will abandon the “trans” people when they no longer need them to further their ideology It’s what they do. Look for a large number of them in their later years looking restitution for what happened to them.
