A video of President Joe Biden apparently wandering aimlessly around an event while holding a child’s toy went viral on social media. The bizarre clip ignited debate, with many viewers ridiculing Biden and others claiming that the video was digitally altered.
The video shows Biden handling toys at a U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots event in Arlington, Virginia, earlier this week. So far, the clip has been viewed more than 1.1 million times.
A Twitter user shared the clip, joking that Biden had attempted to steal the toy for his grandson, Beau Biden Jr.
A longer video of the event showed Biden and other attendees placing the toys into a box, rather than absconding with the items. Newsweek confirmed that Biden was also spotted speaking to some children and reporters at the event.
Still, some Twitter users claimed that the clip had been digitally altered — suggesting that Biden didn’t really attend the event.
“Definitely green screen,” one user wrote. “They have to digitally add him to keep him from embarrassing us. Again.”

Something is wrong with this film, everything is blurry. Very poor quality which suggest something is being hidden by a very poor film maker. This is the alleged president, shouldn’t it be very sharp and clear? Better film has been shot off a phone. Is it possible the White House now can’t afford a real green screen tech anymore? or for that matter can’t afford someone to use their phone to film him?

Absolutely phony video! Even the back edge of his suit has a much sharper edge than anything else in the video, and no one even looks at him or say hello??? Bogus for sure!

Joey wonders aimlessly whether he has a toy or not. My favorite in when he is walking in circles on the stage and Jill has to come back and retrieve him, and he is walking like he has a stick up his arse. Now that is talent

This man is a total and utter disgrace. How can anyone possibly support this demented man? If people expect a President to act Presidential, Biden is certainly not that person. All Americans should be ashamed. Other countries are laughing at us. And Pelosi and Schumer thinks Biden is doing a “great job”? Come on America, we deserve and should expect a whole lot better than this.
