January 1, Trans Income Program Pushes Racial Bias, Leaked Documents Reveal

San Francisco, renowned for its liberal policies, has taken things a step further.

Newly unearthed documents have pulled back the curtain on the city’s Guaranteed Income for Transgender People program, revealing a prioritization of black and “Latinx” residents for tax-funded handouts.

Judicial Watch, after obtaining these documents through a public records request, has exposed racial targets in the distribution of taxpayer money aimed at low-income transgender individuals.

But race isn’t the sole criteria for favoritism. The program offers distinct advantages to those engaged in illegal activities like prostitution and undocumented immigrants.

According to a March 2022 document, “The program will prioritize enrollment and retention of [black, indigenous people of color] trans and nonbinary people who also engage in survival sex trades, living with disabilities, elders, living with HIV/AIDS, undocumented, monolingual Spanish speakers, formerly incarcerated, and unhoused and marginally housed.”

The document is explicit in outlining racial quotas: “The program enrollment will ensure the 55 participants is 66% BIPOC, at least 30% Black Trans Women, and at least 20% Latinx Trans Women.”

But that’s not all. Lyon-Martin Health Services is on board to provide a variety of “peer-led services”, including cross-sex medical procedures, specialized healthcare, and mental health services.

The program, sanctioned by San Francisco Mayor London Breed, serves as a pilot offering a stipend of up to $1,200 per month for low-income transgender residents for a cap of 18 months.

Recipients will get their funds on prepaid debit cards, specifically catering to those without bank accounts.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton did not mince words, stating, “These disturbing new documents confirm how, among other leftist extremist policies, San Francisco is abusing tax dollars to give cash to individuals based on race and transgender quotas.”

Email correspondence has also exposed that city officials have been toying with the idea of allowing participants to use chosen names rather than legal ones on identification cards.

Adding to the intrigue, the program lets participants choose from a staggering list of over 130 gender, sexuality, and pronoun choices – from “Fae/faer/faers” to “Khanith/Xanith” and “Ninauposkitzipxpe.”

For now, this initiative will run until June 2024. However, should San Francisco decide to continue funding this controversial program, they will still be onboarding new participants right until the end.

It sounds like a research project, not a “program.” Research is looking for specific information from a targeted group of people with certain traits and/or behaviors. There is no discrimination when the participants are selected from the target group, only.

Can you hazard a guess as to what the research project’s goal is?

Skizofrenia: Derived from the Greek ‘schizo’ (splitting) and ‘phren’ (mind) with the term first coined by Eugen Bleuler in 1908, schizophrenia is a functional psychotic disorder characterized by the presence of delusional beliefs, hallucinations, and disturbances in thought, perception, and behavior.

Transgender: (often shortened to trans) is someone whose gender identity differs from that typically associated with the sex they were assigned at birth.(delusional beliefs)

Why do they treat one mental illnes and try to make the other normal?

Back in the 70’s I graduated with a degree in vocational education but was blocked from obtaining credentials by affirmative action. Told me to come back in 15 years when quotas were met. How many women or blacks were standing in line to teach that? What do you think my response to this crap would be?

Thank you Tom Fitton. I understand transgender people have issues. Who doesn’t? What about helping the homeless and damaged veterans who served this country?
