January 1, Gov. Sanders Slams “Woke Nonsense”, Restores Gender-Specific Terms in Arkansas

Published

on

In a strong move against the ever-growing ‘woke culture,’ Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders of Arkansas is taking a definitive stand.

Introducing an executive order, she is mandating the use of gender-specific terminology when referring to women in state government, in effect, putting a full stop to the increasingly prevalent “anti-women words” being promoted elsewhere.

The Governor didn’t mince words. She asserted, “The science is clear and real; There are things only women can do, like perform the miracle of birth.”

The executive order further mentioned, “Government should reject language that ignores, undermines, and erases women; Government should celebrate gender distinctions between men and women – not erase them.”

Across the nation, the push for what’s deemed “culturally conscious” or “inclusive” language is on the rise. These efforts, in many cases, blur the lines between genders and often strip away the intrinsic femininity from terms specific to women.

For instance, the Arkansas Department of Health had previously issued a memo referring to the adverse effects of certain substances on “pregnant people.” Sanders’ new directive will reinstate traditional nomenclature, using phrases like “pregnant women” or “pregnant mom” instead.

Gov. Sanders is unwavering in her stance. She provides explicit guidance on word usage: “woman” or “women” should be used instead of “menstruating person,” “breastfeeding” in place of “chestfeeding,” and “birth mom” or “woman” should replace terms like “laboring person” or “birth-giver.”

This isn’t merely a linguistic debate for Sanders. It’s a matter of principle. As the pioneering female governor of Arkansas, she’s been a vocal critic of the broader national trend, even criticizing President Biden for what she views as his capitulation to a “woke mob that can’t tell you what a woman is.”

Nationwide, the erosion of gender-specific terminology is evident. The city of Portland, for example, has advised its staff to sidestep traditional terms like “women,” “Caucasian,” or “citizen.”

A Vermont elementary school opted to expunge “male” and “female” language from fifth-grade science lessons on human biology and reproduction.

In another instance, a Missouri school district elected to employ “they/them” pronouns in math lessons to foster kids’ “mathematical identities.”

This drive for “inclusivity” doesn’t just end at gender. It’s seeping into other realms as well, from religious vocabulary alterations to biological men competing in women’s sports.

Michigan State University even went as far as suggesting students avoid any majority religious imagery and language during winter and spring, recommending generic terms over traditional festive expressions.

But Gov. Sanders is drawing the line here and now. Later today, she’s set to introduce her executive order, which she says will “ban a number of all sorts of ridiculous words from state government documents.”

At the signing, she’s expected to emphasize: “We are all here to say enough. Enough trying to erase women and girls. Enough denying our biological differences from men. Enough of the craziness taking over our country.”

She will further condemn the erasure of women, saying, “They’re using nonsense words to erase women and girls – and more importantly, to erase our voices and experiences. Today, we’re taking a stand against woke nonsense…It’s the Left that decided that woman is a dirty word. It’s the Left that decided that we needed to toss out basic biology – and basic grammar along with it.”

In this present day of “follow the science”, the ludicrous attempt of Democrats to capitulate to the “woke extremists” and become party of mob rule, at least one Republican is standing firm and refusing to bow down and “take a knee”. It’s time for this ridiculous BS to stop. This country was built on religion and science. And now to completely deny GOD and defy science, to say that there are more than two genders, develop new terms for male and female genders, and allow mentally delusional men to want to compete in and against women so they can feel better about themselves – the lunatics are becoming our leaders. Thank GOD that their are still some sane people in leadership roles that will put a halt to this insanity.

If she was a little more experienced in International Affairs she’d be a great “America First” President. She should team up with Nikki Haley. The two would make a great team for our Country.

Most past presidents had no experience in foreign affairs, including Washington, Lincoln, and all those who went on from being governors to being president.

May every Governor – regaining their integrity to follow truth…not wokeness… – .follow suit….and give restore sanity to our G-D given differences…acknowledgement of color and gender!!
I breastfed my children….don’t even try to minimize that…..pain, inconvenience, swelling and pride!
I gave birth- I am a mother – ….till you pass a watermelon thru your nose – don’t minimize my female ability – I am a woman – who gave to birth a human child and am now the MOTHER to this infant that I breastfed.
I so highly resent and am angered by the woke idiots trying to change SCIENCE!!

I’m not a Republican nor a supporter of Gov. Sanders (I don’t live in Arkansas) but I applaud her for her stand against “wokeness” and her support of women and their right to be identified. Can anyone explain what the HE-double-LL wokeness means, anyway? I feel as though Gov. DeSantis invented the word and we know how he runs Florida by misidentifying people and changing the history of our country by telling parents and teachers what books their children should be reading. He wants them to only consider the good events in history and ignore the bad times (ie: slavery).

The meaning of “wokeness” is “confuse and deny” .
For those who don’t remember, that is the goal of saten.
And what is the best way to accomplish that?
By “grooming” the minds of the young— preschool through college.
And while doing that, trying to take over parental control.
It doesn’t matter anymore—- democrat or republican— we have politicians
in both parties that have sold their souls to fill their pockets
Thank God for Governor Sanders and the few like her and God bless our beautiful country
