January 1, Convicted Child Predator Sets Up “Free Fentanyl” Stand Near School: Arrested

Published

San Francisco streets were rocked last week by the audacious actions of Joseph Adam Moore, a convicted child molester who displayed a sign brazenly advertising “free fentanyl” right across from Stella Maris Academy, a Catholic school that caters to children starting from preschool age.

The arrest occurred when Moore defied police orders to relocate. The location? 9th Avenue, a stone’s throw from the school’s grounds.

Adding to the outrage, Moore’s name is registered on California’s sex offender list due to his conviction for “lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14.”

Yet, shockingly, he’s not designated as a “high-risk” offender. This convenient oversight allows him to linger near schools without the usual 2,000-foot distance restriction.

San Francisco Police Captain Chris Canning confirmed, “I was told that he is in compliance with all the components of what his sex registration are.”

Moore’s unsavory presence near the school wasn’t new. He admitted to camping out there for over two years, revealing to ABC7 that he has been homeless in San Francisco for “basically 26 years.”

Challenged by a KGO reporter about the legitimacy of his fentanyl offer, Moore unapologetically clarified: “No, it’s not a joke,” and further revealed that individuals give him the drug in trade for items.

When confronted about exposing young children to such a hazardous environment, Moore only had this to say: “Yeah, I only live by two rules: be kind to others and make it look easy for children.”

The situation even escalated to violence when Moore had a physical clash with a parent from the school. Although he received a misdemeanor battery ticket, Moore had the audacity to file an assault complaint against the father.

The community’s concerns are palpable. One local resident expressed his anxiety, mentioning the unease he feels when his wife takes their baby for a walk, necessitating “extra vigilance.”

Following Moore’s arrest, authorities and city staff promptly cleared the encampment opposite the school.

But the story doesn’t end there. Moore was also on probation, courtesy of a restraining order secured against him by the San Francisco Fire Department in favor of a specific firehouse.

Why anyone still lives in that Godless, lawless, immoral area is puzzling. They refuse to enforce laws, they’re okay with needles laying everywhere, people crapping and pissing on your doorstep or wherever they feel, thieves just wander into places of business as organized crime rings and walk out with whatever they wish. Add to that the increasing taxes, green new deal agenda leading to power shortages, EV mandate looming (which will bring even more instability to their power grid and the woke policies.

Adam Moore needs to learn a few new skills in subjects that he likes so he can get a legal, lawful job and get off the streets. Examples are: learning to drive to work for car service; learning to cook to work at a country club or restaurant; learning to become a mechanic/plumber/electrician, etc. But if Adam Moore does not want to work, then he should be sent to a mental health
doctor to find out why he does not want to work. He should also be told: “A life without attaining some good goals is a sad and depressing life.” Also, I think our elected officials could do more in this matter, but they do not probably because there is nothing in it for them. 😭
