January 1, Navy Boards Ignore Orders and Protect Transgender Troops

Wyatt’s Take

  • Military review boards are openly defying orders to remove transgender service members
  • The Navy and Marines are protecting ideology over combat readiness
  • Trump’s clear directive is being undermined from within the ranks

Military review boards inside the Navy and Marine Corps have ignored Pentagon guidance and voted to keep transgender-identifying troops in nine out of twelve cases.

These boards were supposed to follow instructions that pointed toward discharge, yet they chose to retain the individuals anyway.

“The decisions show a troubling pattern of resistance to lawful policy from within the military itself,” one defense official said.

The findings highlight how some elements inside the armed forces are prioritizing personal identity over the mission of national defense.

President Trump’s policy was meant to restore standards and focus on combat effectiveness, but these internal votes are slowing that effort.

“Our troops deserve leaders who put readiness and cohesion first, not politics,” another official added.

Working families across the heartland send their sons and daughters into the military expecting discipline and purpose, not gender experiments.

When review boards override clear orders, they weaken trust in the chain of command.

Wyatt Matters

Middle America expects the military to stay focused on winning wars and protecting the homeland, not on social experiments that divide the ranks.
