January 1, RIGGED? California Vote Counting SCANDAL Triggers Major Investigation

Wyatt’s Take
- California elections still aren’t fully counted weeks after polls closed — and now federal investigators are demanding answers about systematic irregularities
- The same state that always seems to ‘find’ votes for Democrats days after Election Day is finally facing serious scrutiny for ballot handling chaos
- While hardworking Americans count every penny and show up on time to work, California’s election system operates like a third-world country with no accountability
California’s vote counting disaster has escalated from embarrassment to criminal investigation. Federal authorities are now probing widespread irregularities in the Golden State’s election system after massive delays left critical races uncalled for weeks.
The state that prides itself on progressive policies can’t seem to master basic election administration. While the rest of America wrapped up vote counts within days, California continued “discovering” ballots long after Election Day passed.

Election integrity watchdogs have raised red flags about the systematic nature of these delays. Counties using similar procedures somehow produce drastically different timelines for results — with the slowest counts consistently favoring left-wing candidates.
“Every legal vote deserves to be counted.”
That’s the line California officials keep repeating. But when “counting” stretches for weeks and chain-of-custody questions mount, Americans deserve better answers than recycled talking points.
The investigation centers on ballot harvesting practices, signature verification standards, and the suspicious timing of ballot drops. Sources close to the probe indicate investigators are particularly interested in why provisional ballots overwhelmingly break for Democratic candidates once they’re finally “processed.”
Conservative election observers documented numerous irregularities during the count. Ballot batches appearing without proper documentation. Poll watchers denied meaningful access to verification processes. And the same counties that dragged out counts in previous cycles repeating identical patterns.
Federal investigators are examining whether California’s loose ballot collection rules create opportunities for fraud. The state allows third parties to collect unlimited ballots from voters — a practice banned or heavily restricted in most states due to abuse potential.
California Secretary of State officials claim the delays result from the state’s “voter-friendly” policies. Critics note these same policies make it nearly impossible to verify ballot authenticity or prevent manipulation.
The probe comes as multiple states tighten election security measures. Voter ID requirements, limited early voting windows, and restrictions on ballot harvesting have become standard in red states. California moves in the opposite direction — and suffers predictable consequences.
This isn’t California’s first election integrity crisis. The state’s motor voter program automatically registered non-citizens. Its vote-by-mail system sent ballots to outdated addresses. And its same-day registration policy creates verification nightmares.
Americans watching from states with functional election systems see the California chaos and draw obvious conclusions. When one party consistently benefits from “irregularities,” those aren’t accidents — they’re features of a rigged system.
Why It Matters
Working Americans follow rules, meet deadlines, and face consequences when they don’t. Our election system should operate with the same basic accountability. When California takes weeks to count votes and federal investigators find suspicious patterns, it confirms what heartland voters already know — the coastal elites write different rules for themselves. Every fraudulent ballot cancels out a legal vote from someone who played by the rules. That’s not democracy — it’s a rigged game that disrespects every citizen who shows up, provides ID, and votes honestly.

No mail-in voting and a zero drop-box return to precinct voting! In-person paper or card ballots in each precinct, only voters registered in that precinct (must be their primary residence of record), photo IDs required, entry registration signatures verified by election judges against signature record, the polls close at 7:00 p.m. and votes are tallied on-site at each precinct, votes and ballots are then delivered via “chain of custody” to regional offices where precinct tallies are recorded and can later be verified to be accurate by the precinct election judges! Both Party election judges jointly resolve any discrepancies and sign-off on final tally numbers! This worked well in the past and had zero holes for the vote to be contested!

I hated cheaters as a kid, now I loathe them.
I think federal officials should be sent to be onsite at any elections to deter such rampant cheating until we can get things like the SAVE ACT passed!

Over three hundred million for voter verification counters, you would think they could count faster. Yet videos show half the count room empty. That’s enough money to put two verifiers, rep and Dem, looking over the shoulders of counters. Since when do you allow people to register and vote after election day.
