January 1, Pentagon’s Jaw-Dropping 9/11 Tribute Will Give You Chills

Wyatt’s Take
- Military personnel honored the nearly 3,000 Americans murdered by radical Islamic terrorists on 9/11 with a massive flag display at the Pentagon
- The 20-by-40-foot American flag was unfurled at sunrise down the side of the building attacked 23 years ago
- This powerful tribute reminds us that real patriots never forget the evil we faced and the heroes who answered the call
At the break of dawn, our men and women in uniform unfurled a massive American flag down the side of the Pentagon. The 20-by-40-foot Old Glory marked a solemn day of remembrance for the victims of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
The display honored the nearly 3,000 innocent Americans who were murdered when radical Islamic terrorists hijacked four commercial airliners and turned them into weapons. Two planes struck the World Trade Center towers in New York City, one hit the Pentagon, and brave passengers on United Flight 93 fought back over Pennsylvania, sacrificing themselves to save countless others.
We have just unfurled the American flag at the Pentagon on the 25th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.

184 people lost their lives at the Pentagon that day when American Airlines Flight 77 slammed into the building’s western side. The military has never forgotten.
This annual tradition serves as a powerful reminder that freedom isn’t free. While the political class in Washington plays games and makes excuses, our military stands ready to defend this nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
The flag ceremony comes as many Americans feel their country is being attacked from within by forces that want to erase our history, dismantle our borders, and apologize for American strength. The contrast couldn’t be starker between those who honor our fallen heroes and those who kneel during the national anthem or call patriotism toxic.
Twenty-three years after that terrible day, the threats haven’t disappeared. They’ve just changed form. But the resolve of the American people, embodied by that massive flag flying over the Pentagon, remains unshaken.
Why It Matters
This isn’t just about remembering the past. It’s about understanding that the values those heroes died defending are under assault right here at home. When our military raises that flag at the Pentagon, they’re sending a message that some of us still believe in this country, still stand for something bigger than ourselves, and will never surrender to those who hate what America represents. That’s not old-fashioned. That’s timeless.

Once again Wyatt doesn’t matter. Get a proof reader! This is the 25th anniversary, not 23. The flag is impressive, the narrative not so much.

Wonderful memorial but half of the population has forgotten already because they are voting for communists who want to destroy our country and take away our freedom. Will we survive. I’m not sure but this November we will get an answer to it.

I hope we all answer the call to save our country from these Islamist terrorists infiltrating our cities, states, and even governments.
