January 1, EXPOSED: Border Criminal Freed By Soros DA Before Kidnapping Attempt

Wyatt’s Take

  • An illegal alien tried to abduct a child in Virginia after a Soros-backed district attorney released him back onto our streets instead of handing him over to ICE
  • This same DA is now under federal investigation while Virginia politicians who created sanctuary policies bear direct responsibility for endangering American families
  • This is exactly what happens when left-wing prosecutors put radical ideology ahead of public safety and the rule of law

An illegal alien charged with attempting to kidnap a child in Virginia had been released back into the community by a George Soros-funded district attorney who is now facing a federal investigation.

The suspect was in custody and should have been turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Instead, local authorities let him go free.

That decision put American children directly in harm’s way. The illegal alien went on to allegedly attempt an abduction, according to law enforcement officials familiar with the case.

The district attorney who made the call to release this dangerous criminal has received substantial funding from organizations bankrolled by George Soros. These same progressive prosecutors have made it their mission to undermine immigration enforcement and refuse cooperation with federal authorities.

Now that DA is under federal investigation for a pattern of conduct that has alarmed both local residents and national security officials.

Virginia sanctuary policies created the environment where this near-tragedy could occur. State politicians who championed these reckless measures bear responsibility for every crime committed by illegal aliens they shielded from deportation.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has repeatedly warned that sanctuary jurisdictions create dangerous situations by releasing criminal aliens back into communities rather than allowing federal authorities to remove them from the country.

“Virginia sanctuary politicians” have blood on their hands, according to critics of the state’s permissive policies toward criminal illegal aliens.

The attempted abduction case highlights the real-world consequences of putting political correctness ahead of public safety. When prosecutors refuse to honor ICE detainers and release criminal aliens, American families pay the price.

Federal authorities are now scrutinizing whether the DA’s office has engaged in a systematic pattern of obstructing immigration enforcement. The investigation could result in criminal charges if prosecutors find evidence of deliberate interference with federal law.

This incident is far from isolated. Across the country, Soros-backed district attorneys have implemented soft-on-crime policies that have led to spikes in violence, property crime, and recidivism.

The common thread: wealthy progressive donors funding local DA races to install prosecutors who will prioritize ideology over the safety of working families.

Parents in Virginia are demanding answers about how this illegal alien was able to walk free despite being in custody and subject to an immigration detainer.

The case has reignited the national debate over sanctuary policies and whether local jurisdictions should be allowed to obstruct federal immigration enforcement.

ICE officials say they could have removed this individual from the country if local authorities had simply cooperated. Instead, he was released to commit more crimes on American soil.

Why It Matters

Working families in communities across America shouldn’t have to wonder if the person walking past their children at the park is a criminal alien that some progressive prosecutor decided to release. When district attorneys put left-wing politics ahead of protecting our kids, they’ve failed at the most basic duty of government. Every parent has a right to expect that law enforcement will remove dangerous criminals from our neighborhoods, not set them free to strike again.

They had to release him so he could get his voter id card.

The Dems are really into democracy, and push such rights every way the can.
