January 1, DOJ Moves To Indict Cassidy Hutchinson Over Jan. 6 Testimony

Wyatt’s Take
- DOJ is pursuing charges against a key Jan. 6 witness whose story Secret Service agents already called into question.
- Another Biden-era narrative about Trump appears to be unraveling as evidence mounts.
- Working families keep seeing selective justice while the deep state protects its own.
The Department of Justice is reportedly seeking criminal charges against Cassidy Hutchinson, the former Trump White House aide whose explosive Jan. 6 testimony came under scrutiny after Secret Service witnesses disputed one of her most dramatic accounts.
Federal prosecutors are seeking an indictment against Hutchinson for allegedly lying to Congress about President Donald Trump’s actions.
“I was told the president had grabbed the steering wheel of the presidential vehicle and lunged at the driver.”
That was the line Hutchinson delivered under oath. Agents who were actually in the vehicle said it never happened.
Now the same justice system that once treated her testimony as gospel is reportedly turning on her.
Trump warned from the beginning that Jan. 6 investigations were stacked with political bias. The push to indict Hutchinson suggests he was right again.
Wyatt Matters
Middle America still believes the truth matters more than political theater. When witnesses flip and stories collapse, real people notice the double standard.
