January 1, BOMBSHELL: Famous Liberal Lawyer Summoned in Epstein Scandal Probe

Wyatt’s Take
- High-profile Democrat attorney dragged before House oversight as Epstein investigation intensifies
- Congressional letter confirms summons after lawyer claimed willingness to testify publicly
- Elite liberal circles panicking as probe threatens to expose powerful connections to convicted predator
A prominent liberal attorney who’s spent decades defending Democrat causes is now being called to testify before Congress in a widening investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s network of powerful enablers. The House Oversight Committee isn’t taking no for an answer, and some very wealthy, very connected people are starting to sweat.
Alan Dershowitz, the Harvard Law professor who’s represented everyone from O.J. Simpson to Bill Clinton, received a formal summons to appear before the committee. After years of fighting to keep Epstein documents sealed and connections hidden, the chickens are coming home to roost for America’s elite.
NEW: The House Oversight Committee asked Alan Dershowitz to speak to investigators and members of Congress about Jeffrey Epstein.
Dersh has said he’s happy to do it.

The committee sent Dershowitz a letter making it crystal clear they expect him to show up. No more ducking, no more delays, no more hiding behind fancy lawyers and sealed court records.
“You expressed your willingness to appear to testify.”
That line from the congressional letter says it all. Dershowitz apparently told folks he’d be happy to testify — well, Congress is calling his bluff. Time to put up or shut up.
For years, working Americans watched in disgust as the Epstein case exposed a two-tiered justice system. While regular folks would be locked up and the key thrown away, the rich and powerful seemed untouchable. Epstein’s little black book read like a who’s who of Democrat donors, Hollywood elites, and international power brokers.
Now House Republicans are doing what the mainstream media refused to do: asking hard questions and demanding answers under oath. The investigation is shining a light into corners that powerful people desperately want to keep dark.
Dershowitz has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and insisted he only met with Epstein for legal consultations. But Americans have heard that song and dance before from the elite class. They lawyer up, they parse words, they hide behind technicalities while looking down their noses at the rest of us.
The timing of this summons couldn’t be more interesting. As President Trump continues draining the swamp, more and more corrupt connections between Democrat power players and convicted criminals are coming to light. The establishment is in full panic mode.
Congress wants to know who knew what and when. They want to know who looked the other way while a monster preyed on young girls. They want to know how deep the rot goes in America’s ruling class.
For too long, elites operated by a different set of rules. If you had the right connections, the right last name, or the right political party membership card, you could get away with things that would land regular Americans in prison. That double standard has destroyed trust in our institutions.
This hearing represents something bigger than one lawyer or one case. It’s about accountability. It’s about whether powerful people will finally face the same justice system they’ve spent decades rigging in their favor.
The American people deserve answers. Families who lost daughters deserve answers. And Congress is finally stepping up to demand them.
Wyatt Matters
For too long, Washington protected its own while lecturing working Americans about following the rules. When powerful lawyers, politicians, and billionaires all ran in the same circles with a convicted predator, somebody should’ve asked questions. Nobody did — because the system was designed to protect them, not us. This hearing is a chance to flip that script and remind the elites that in America, nobody is supposed to be above the law.
