  • Senate blasts through housing reform 89-10 bipartisan.
  • Cuts HUD red tape stops investor home hoarding.
  • Boosts builds fulfills Trump affordability push.

The Senate passed the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act with huge bipartisan support. It fights the housing crunch squeezing working families.

Lawmakers like Tim Scott and Elizabeth Warren teamed up on grants and pilots to spark new homes.

The bill tweaks rules for more housing types and blocks big investors from snapping up single-family houses.

It streamlines federal inspections to speed projects without new spending.

“When President Trump and Elizabeth Warren and the Senate majority of Republicans can all come to the same place on a housing bill, what it says is you put partisan politics aside and you ask yourself, ‘What is one of the most profound issues impacting the American people?’” Scott told CNBC.

“It will mean, for the first time, that we’re moving housing prices in a better direction and beating private equity out of the system — making a very public statement that homes are for the families who live there, not for Wall Street investors who figured out another way to make a buck,” Warren told NBC.

Trump signed an order cracking down on Wall Street buying sprees. Now DOJ and FTC watch for market rigging against homebuyers.

Folks sound off below this is your fight for fair homes.

Deport all the fuckin illegals from our country and we’ll have plenty of housing for American citizens. The shitbags don’t belong here anyway.

This bill only helps banks. If Warren supports it, you know it’s a grift. This doesn’t affect affordability, just getting loans. This is setting up another 2008 disaster.
