- President Trump blasted the Super Bowl halftime show as un-American.
- He called out the performance for being inappropriate for families.
- The artist Bad Bunny made a statement against ICE during his Grammys speech.
President Trump did not hold back about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl show. He argued the show disrespected America’s values and criticized the dancing as unsuitable for children.
“The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence. Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
Trump also said:
“This ‘Show’ is just a ‘slap in the face’ to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day — including the Best Stock Market and 401(k)s in History! There is nothing inspirational about this mess of a Halftime Show and watch, it will get great reviews from the Fake News Media, because they haven’t got a clue of what is going on in the REAL WORLD — And, by the way, the NFL should immediately replace its ridiculous new Kickoff Rule.”
Recently, Bad Bunny told the crowd “ICE out” after accepting a Grammy Award, targeting immigration officers and referencing Trump’s policies.

Isn’t America better than Bad Bunny disgusting performance. It was embarrassing & I wouldn’t let my family
watch it. Then later to know the words even made it worse, if possible. From now on when half time comes
on the TV goes OFF.

Absolutely disgusting. I turned it off completely. Will cancel anything I have that supports the NFL, including online. Our country is devolving into the land of the perverted, NOT the land of the free and home of the BRAVE. Is this really what our brave men & women fought for😩?
HOPEFULLY at least several pro teams will voice their opposition. If my New Orleans SAINTS DO NOT speak out I will never again support them in any way whatsoever!

If the suggestive dancing wasn’t bad enough to show to families, the translation of the songs that I happened to come across was absolutely the most vulgar set of lyrics I’ve ever seen. If the performance had been in English, the entire songs from beginning to end would have been a series of long bleeps! Shame on whoever booked this travesty for a Superbowl halftime show.
