January 1, AG Asks Court to Hold Trump in Contempt
New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) requested a state judge to hold former President Donald Trump in civil contempt over his failure to comply with a court order to hand over documents as part of her office’s ongoing investigation.
In addition to the contempt charge, James asked Judge Arthur Engoron to fine Trump $10,000 for each day he doesn’t supply the documents.
James’ request comes after Engoron had set a March 31 deadline for Trump to comply with the subpoena for records and ordered that his two eldest children comply with subpoenas requiring them to testify.
While the former president is appealing the order for testimony, the attorney general claims that Trump has failed to appeal or otherwise properly contest the order for the documents.
“Mr. Trump should now be held in civil contempt and fined in an amount sufficient to coerce his compliance with the Court’s order and compensate [Office of Attorney General] for its fees and costs associated with this motion,” the motion reads.
Trump responded to James’ latest request, saying he’s being investigated “more than Billy the Kid, Jesse James, and Al Capone, combined.”
“This is just a continuation of the greatest Witch Hunt of all time, by a failed Attorney General, who continues to use her office for political gain following a disastrous and embarrassing attempt to run for Governor,” Trump said, adding that James is “an operative for the Democrat Party” and “an embarrassment to our legal system.”

Gain super majorities. In both houses in November. By December, impeach the spineless, slack-jawed, disgrace AND the lying, cackling, $3 San Fran concubine, convict and remove both from office, appoint President Trump as House Speaker, and install him as president.
Replace, and then Charge, try and convict the rodents in the DOJ. Spend the next six years destroying the bastards. Simultaneously, nationalize the Big Tech monopolies, bankrupt the Democrat Media jackals, and ruin and replace the Liberal management with pro-American intelligence.

How they hate President Trump. they are scared to death of him because he knows how dirty 90% of the politicians are and they do not have anything on him to control him.
