January 1, Vance Calls on Men to Embrace and Celebrate Masculinity

Vice President JD Vance kicked off a big conservative event in Washington, D.C. He talked about some good things the Trump administration has done and shared a strong message with young men. He also defended his controversial speech from Munich, which got him a big round of applause.

In a speech on February 14 in Germany, Vance said that some European countries are heading towards tyranny and letting go of the values they used to share with America.

Vance expressed disappointment over how European leaders were handling political movements and suppressing facts they didn’t like. He criticized their attacks on religious freedoms and their migration policies, which he thinks are harmful.

Former Trump staffer Mercedes Schlapp talked with Vance at the event about the threats facing Europe today. Vance pointed out that before Trump’s time, both the U.S. and Europe let in many unvetted migrants.

He said, “Unvetted migrants are the biggest threat to Europe, and they might be to the U.S. too if Democrats come back to power.”

Vance believes that rebuilding America and Europe can’t happen if they keep allowing illegal migrants to pour in. He’s thankful it stopped in the U.S. under Trump but says Europe needs to stop too.

Vance’s Munich speech upset some European leaders, but his message was clear: people’s freedom to stand up and say “no more” is crucial.

He mentioned that places like Germany have become dangerous due to mass migration. He talked about a German lawmaker who got in trouble just for sharing stats about crimes committed by some immigrants.

Vance says Europe shouldn’t follow Biden’s path of censorship but should follow Trump’s ideas of free speech and strong borders.

He also shared his belief that God made men and women for a purpose. He told young American men to ignore a culture that says they shouldn’t be manly. He encouraged them to embrace being men, socializing, and competing, instead of feeling bad for who they are.

Vance warned against forces trying to make everyone the same, stressing the importance of letting young men and women thrive as they are.
