The Supreme Court is about to decide if President Trump overstepped by putting tariffs on imports using emergency authority. Trump says the Court got the wrong facts in the case, and warns against an “adverse decision.”
He stated in a Truth Social post,
“The U.S. Supreme Court was given the wrong numbers. The ‘unwind’ in the event of a negative decision on tariffs, would be, including investments made, to be made, and return of funds, in excess of 3 Trillion Dollars.”
Trump stressed the loss would be massive, calling it a “National Security Event” that could hurt our country’s future, maybe beyond repair.
The Court’s decision will impact how America handles tough situations with foreign trade.
Stay tuned as this crucial court case could affect jobs, industry, and our national strength for years to come.
