The Trump administration is urging the Supreme Court to let it resume sending illegal aliens to safe third countries when they cannot be returned to their home nations.
Officials say the current rules block the government from removing migrants who have already passed through another safe country on their way here.
The administration argues these third country options are critical tools for protecting the border and enforcing the law.

If we cannot determine and reject illegal aliens from our country we essentially have no country.
Its suicide and anarchy, not to mention social welfare explosion.
The same with birth tourism, especially from adversaries. Again, tragic potential being imposed by the Supreme Court.

Back in 70s they used to bus them back to the Mexico border. Couple days or less they were back in the United States, but back then there was no wall on the border. I don’t know why they have to fly them back to the country they came from when most of them did walk in from Mexico. Weird.
