January 1, Tragedy Strikes Gender Neutral Bathroom — Again
Boys and Girls. (As if that term means anything to the Left anymore) It is long past time to shake the cobwebs out of your ears and pay attention to reality. The argument as to why the Right was fighting against gender neutral bathrooms was not about discrimination, it was about common sense. The argument was that girls only bathrooms was for the protection of girls. We were called “bigots” and “transphobes”. Well, now we have a story out of New Mexico where a 12-year-old girl has allegedly been raped in a gender-neutral bathroom.
TWELVE YEARS OLD…. TWELVE…. YEARS…. OLD!
All you damned self-righteous, egomaniacal, narcissistic ideologues that supported this bathroom nonsense need to pay attention. Read this victim’s words well:
“I was raped. I was raped. I was raped. F—ing kill me,” reads the diary, of a 12 year old girl named Ray. Her mother Maggie discovered the Diary in April 2022. The Post Millennial reported that the diary detailed the attack happened while Ray was washing her hands when an older male student entered the “gender neutral” bathroom. Why should staff care if there is a girl in there right? The boy beat her, pinned her, and raped her according to Ray.
The girl’s mother reported her daughter’s rape to law enforcement, who examined the 12-year-old and began investigating the school regarding the incident.
“We learned that kids were pledging allegiance to the pride flag instead of the American flag,”.
Maggie said she saw the school’s dedication to transgender ideology as what allowed this tragic event to occur. “We learned that some teachers were discussing daily, the normalcy of transgender people and gender dysphoria, and that this school had a higher population than anyone would expect for such a small school of kids saying they were trans and parents not knowing,” she said.
Ray said that she was pressured by teachers and faculty that “Gender Neutral” bathrooms were important to transgender people or people who don’t identify as the biological sex they were born as.
Independent Women’s forum reviewed the results of a medical exam confirming Ray’s hymen was ripped as a result of her rape, The Post Millennial reported.
“We have fought very hard to get our life back and survive this,” said Maggie. “It nearly took her life and mine. It leaves you feeling hopeless and isolated, like a failure as a parent to not have known or not have been able to prevent it.” The school this event occurred at; ASK Academy, reportedly had a policy of “affirming” students who claimed they identified as transgender, allowing those students to use whichever bathroom they preferred.
According to Ray “A lot of the natural instincts, those emotions, those kinds of barriers or protective like walls that I had up, that school made it feel like those were bad,”. This poor little girl was made to feel bad for not feeling safe. Aren’t you Leftist in favor of “Safe-Spaces”? Or does Ray not count because she isn’t in the LGBT Club?
Rio Rancho police are moving at a snail’s pace investigating the rape because of alleged staff shortages. “It just sucks,” Maggie said. “I’ve been told in New Mexico, that these types of cases can take years to really come to fruition. I don’t know how that’s possible, but that’s what we keep being told.”
In July 2022, a 14-year-old student at a nearby public school was allegedly assaulted on campus at gunpoint. The victim identified the alleged attacker, which the victim’s mother shared with Maggie who discovered was a male student at ASK Academy. The alleged attacker was seen in an email exchange between students at ASK Academy. “As of late we have had an issue with [REDACTED]. He has sexually harrassed, bullied, cheated off of and threatened people to get his way for his own gain,” reads the email. “If you have experienced, witnessed or even had friends who’ve experienced this please, PLEASE write an incident report,” the email continues. “The more proof we have, the better chance we can prevent this from happening to anyone ever again. Please don’t hesitate to speak up. Get your parents involved as well, anything helps.”
“We have learned that sexual harassment and assault was a commonly trending issue among the high school students at ASK Academy,” Maggie said. “I feel extremely betrayed by them,” says Ray about the way ASK Academy responded to her and other allegations. “For the past two years, I’ve had to accept that there probably won’t be any justice.” “I just want people to hear us because it feels like parents aren’t paying attention, aren’t taking action, or don’t want to open their eyes to what’s happening,” Maggie said. “We had a nearly perfect life before this trauma. We grieve the loss of her innocence, safety, and how things were before she was assaulted.”
Maggie concluded with a sobering statement that I believe reflects the way many Middle Americans feel: “We will never be the same,”. Pray for Maggie, pray for Ray, and pray the USA finds it’s common sense again.

There should be a lawsuit holding everyone associated with the school, its administrators, the teacher’s union and its members, as well as the School Board responsible and as accomplices to the rape! because of bullying I took my boy, 8 years old, to a self-defense class for some training & we got gloves & boxed in the back yard. It was fun & the bullying stopped, except for the shop teacher, but that was more in my area.

The system is so far gone. From the department of education to the teachers union to the criminal justice system that will not punish criminals. This is the norm that the government wants. There are ways to stop School Boards/Teachers from allowing this behavior to go on. Many are legal and some, not so much. I’m not sure if this LGBTQ+ movement is a test to see how much descent people will tolerate or outright psychosis – my guess is the latter. In any case, this destructive, decadent and immoral ideology must be ended, NOW…!
