January 1, Rioter who said she wouldn’t go to jail because of ‘blonde hair white skin’ receives prison sentence
A woman who bragged about her participation in the Jan. 6 riot at the US Capitol and boasted that she wouldn’t go to jail because she is a white blond with a good job received a sentence to two months behind bars.
Prosecutors specifically requested incarceration for Jennifer Leigh Ryan, while other rioters sentenced for the same conviction only received probation or home confinement. They argued that Ryan demonstrated a lack of remorse and that her belief that she’s somehow impervious to punishment indicated she doesn’t grasp the seriousness of her crime.
Ryan told US District Judge Christopher Cooper she was sorry for her actions, but her apology didn’t convince him.
“Your actions since Jan. 6 make me doubt some of those things,” Cooper said.
The judge referred to Ryan’s tweet from Mar. 26 that read, “Definitely not going to jail. Sorry I have blonde hair white skin a great job a great future and I’m not going to jail. Sorry to rain on your hater parade. I did nothing wrong.”

Just like any third world justice system. A political enemy gets the book thrown at her for a mean statement online. Meanwhile, anarchists and actual rioters who cause billions in damage, injury and death go scot free because the are on the correct side of the political spectrum. I actually remember when this was America.

Why does a 80percent peaceful protest get jail time and even shot?? When people are looting, burning out businesses and throwing bricks at police walk away no charge. If they do manage to get jailed the VP of America posts their bail and claims it was a peaceful protest!
