January 1, Poll: Fewer Americans Believe This Claim About Trump
Fewer Americans believe that former President Donald Trump was responsible for the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot, according to a recent NBC News poll.
In January 2021, 52 percent of respondents said Trump was responsible. In the latest poll, that number dropped to 45 percent.
Of the 45 percent, roughly 17 percent of participants said Trump is solely responsible, while 28 percent say he is mainly responsible.
Conversely, the percentage of Americans who say Trump was “not really” responsible for the incident increased to 35 percent — compared to 29 percent in January 2021.
The recent NBC News poll was conducted from May 5 to May 7 and May 9 to May 10 among 1,000 U.S. adults. The margin of error is 3 percentage points.

Trump wasn’t responsible for what happened at the Capitol Bldg. It was Nancy Pelosi and the Dem/Communists. They planned the whole thing and it has been proven. Pelosi is an evil old hag and wants to keep Trump from ever being President again. Trump kept the these Communists from taking over our country and ruining it and he can do it again if we can reelect him.
