Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after the 2021 Porsche he was driving was struck by another vehicle in Napa County, California.
The 82-year-old was arrested shortly before midnight on Saturday. California Highway Patrol released a statement saying Paul Pelosi was driving his Porsche into an intersection when he was hit by a 2014 Jeep.
Reports confirm there were no injuries, and the Jeep driver was not arrested.
Pelosi could face misdemeanor charges, including driving under the influence and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher. Records show he was released early Sunday after posting a $5,000 bail.
“The Speaker will not be commenting on this private matter which occurred while she was on the East Coast,” said Drew Hammill, a spokesperson for Nancy Pelosi.

You can bet that this was worse than reported because the police, the politicians in the area, and media will cover this up, and people will be paid off to make this go away. I wouldn’t be surprised if the arresting officer will be fired.

So they are both drunks, in a DUI detection seminar we were taught the average drunk driver arrested for drunk driving had done it about 80 times in the last year.

Was this on National TV? I would like to know the outcome of this–probably, and without a doubt, it will be shoved under the rug and nothing but a small fine or community service, a joke for this bunch. Certainly wasn’t the first time.
