January 1, McMahon Urges Newsom to Take a Strong Position on Trans Issues
Hey folks, guess what happened on Thursday? Our Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, sent a big letter to California’s Governor Gavin Newsom. She put him on notice that if public schools in California allow boys to play in girls’ sports, they might lose out on federal money.
Now, looks like Newsom is trying to change his tune a bit. He recently said it’s just not fair for boys to compete in girls’ sports.
McMahon said most Americans agree that boys shouldn’t be in girls’ sports. But she’s asking Governor Newsom why he’s not speaking up about boys using girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms. She’s saying, if it’s not okay in sports, then why is it okay elsewhere?
She’s also firm that schools shouldn’t tell kids they can change their sex. If a kid’s acting this way, the school should tell the parents.
“Stand firm in what you believe,” McMahon told Newsom. She even pointed out that big news channels are watching Newsom’s flip-flops.
Even CNN noticed he’s trying to move away from some progressive ideas. He’s saying no to words like “Latinx,” he’s iffy on trans athletes in women’s sports, and he doesn’t like taxpayer money for certain surgeries.
McMahon is pressing Newsom to understand the dangers of gender confusion. She wants to protect girls’ spaces and wants parents to be informed. No parent would want their daughter on a school trip sleeping in rooms with boys pretending to be girls.
She challenged him to change a law in California schools. The law should make sure boys and girls are kept in separate places based on their actual sex. If schools don’t follow, they could be breaking laws and might lose important funding.
McMahon reminded Newsom that schools should keep parents in the loop. If schools make secret plans about a kid’s gender identity, that breaks United States laws. Parents should always know what’s happening with their kids. It’s wrong to keep them out of the loop.
She asked if he’d work with lawmakers to get rid of a law stopping schools from telling parents about their kids’ gender identity.
So there it is, folks. McMahon put her foot down and told Governor Newsom to follow the law or else California schools could lose money. We’ll see what he does next!

We all know that Newsom fipflops and can never be trusted. He is running for President, hoping the libs and wokes, and all other anti Americans will vote for him.
Today he and the DWR are changing the dates for our annual snow survey, which is Apr 1st. If they survey before the next snow storm, then we, as CA voters, farmers, ranchers and communities lose our % of water. Their point is because of the expected snow, that they will go up sooner. A snow survey is in or during a snow storm. Politics of GOV Newsom. He can NEVER be trusted.

The most parents can do is to protect a child’s physical and mental integrity until he/she is old enough to make a responsible decision about outcomes with which he/she will have to live.

Gender identity is a mental health issue. There is no biological condition that engenders a change in sexual identity. As a phycologist, I have successfully treated individuals who recognized it as a phycological issue they wanted help with. What is happening today is putting young people in a state of confusion when they are forced by peers to declare their sexual identity in junior high school or even younger. It creates sexual identity confusion and sexual identity that is not biological. In my opinion, it is a matter of thought processing no matter how young an individual is. Politically, I am independent but on this particular issue, I’m conservative.
