Marco Rubio from Florida, who used to be a senator for the GOP, is now the Secretary of State. That’s a big job, and he got sworn in on Tuesday. The person who swore him in was Vice President JD Vance.

Rubio is the first person from President Donald Trump’s team to take their new job. Vice President Vance called Rubio a guy who looks for solutions that everyone can agree on. That sounds pretty smart!

There are other important people waiting to get their new jobs too. Just this Monday, a group of Senators voted to move Pete Hegseth forward to be the Defense Secretary.

And we’ve got more familiar names coming up! Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is in line to look after Health and Human Services, and Tulsi Gabbard might become the boss of national intelligence. They haven’t had their big meetings yet, but we’ll be watching closely.

Stay tuned for more updates, and remember, it’s important to have strong leaders in charge to keep our country safe and running well!

Wyatt Matters!

It’s exciting to hear that Marco Rubio is the new Secretary of State! Having someone like him take on such an important role is a big deal. Vice President JD Vance said that Rubio is good at finding solutions that everyone can agree on. This makes me feel hopeful that he will help make good decisions for our country.

There are more people getting ready to start important jobs, too. Just this week, the Senate took a step forward in making Pete Hegseth the Defense Secretary. It’s great to know that there are capable leaders waiting to step up and make sure our country stays safe. Knowing that people like Hegseth are being considered makes me feel more confident in our government.

There are also other familiar faces being considered for important roles, like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for Health and Human Services and Tulsi Gabbard for national intelligence. It’s important to have strong leaders in these positions to keep things running smoothly. I’m excited to see what they will do and how they will help make our country even better.
