Wyatt’s Take

  • Democrats use race accusations to attack Trump’s policies.
  • Jeffries claims museum changes and redistricting are racially motivated.
  • Left keeps pushing division over American history and elections.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries went after President Trump during a Sunday interview, accusing him of stirring up racial tensions. Jeffries slammed Trump for wanting changes to Smithsonian exhibits, saying Trump is trying to hide America’s history and called him a “racial arsonist.”

He said, “It’s extraordinary that he would make such a historically ignorant statement.”

Jeffries insisted the Smithsonian should keep displaying the tough truths about America’s past.

The Trump administration pointed out exhibits that go after “white culture” and describe traits like the nuclear family and work ethic as “white” values tied to racism. Jeffries also went after Trump’s support for Texas redistricting, claiming it was a move to “rig the midterm elections.”

He said, “This is a racial, partisan gerrymander ordered by Donald Trump as part of an effort to rig the midterm elections.”

The left’s constant attacks don’t help anybody trying to find real solutions. Middle America sees right through these political games.
