January 1, JD Vance Slams Pro-Ukraine Protesters Who Targeted His Young Child

Vice President JD Vance had quite the day on Saturday! While out for a walk with his 3-year-old daughter, some protesters showed up shouting things about Ukraine. They made his little girl really scared and upset. Now, that’s just not right—little kids shouldn’t be dragged into politics.
These protesters usually shout “Slava Ukraini,” but this time they were bothering JD Vance’s family. So, Vance decided to talk to them, hoping they’d leave once he did. He said most of them agreed to chat, but really, who acts like that around a kid? Not cool.
The Trump team has been busy trying to make peace between Russia and Ukraine. But things have gotten tricky since a big meeting involving Vance, President Trump, and Ukraine’s leader, Zelensky. Even though Zelensky seems open to chatting more with Trump’s team, some protesters still aren’t happy about the talks.
There were even more pro-Ukraine protesters outside Vance’s Cincinnati home that weekend. When Vance went to Vermont with his family for a skiing trip, they followed him there too! A group called Indivisible Mad River Valley set up the protest because of the meeting at the White House with Zelensky. One of their members, Judy Daly, said people got even more fired up after seeing what happened at the White House.
Families shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of intimidation. It makes you wonder what’s more important to some people—shouting their views or respecting others’ peaceful time with family.
Wyatt Matters!
Imagine being out for a simple walk with your loved ones, only to have strangers start shouting around you. This happened when Vice President Vance and his little girl were out for a stroll. Little kids don’t understand complex political issues; they just know they’re scared when people are yelling. It’s not fair to drag innocent kids into grown-up problems. Families need to experience peace when they’re together, not fear or tension from protests.
Everyone has a right to share their opinions, but there’s a time and place for everything. Following someone to their house or vacation spot crosses a line. It doesn’t solve the problems you’re worried about; it just makes people upset. Vice President Vance tried talking to the protesters to calm things down, which was the right thing to do. But it still doesn’t make it okay for them to have upset his child in the first place.
It’s important to remember that leaders will have tricky discussions, like those between the U.S., Ukraine, and Russia. But we should focus on solving problems calmly and respectfully. Everyone deserves a chance to enjoy their family time without interruptions. Let’s use our voices in ways that create understanding and peace, not fear and chaos.

Agree with article 100%
I also strongly support Vance, Trump, and Musk. If Musk goes too far, the President will reel him back in.

Since the protestor chose to confront Vance with his 3 year old there. And wouldn’t calm down he should have been arrested. Kids are off limits.

Amen Diana. Leave kids alone. Protestors all should have been arrested for harassing his family period.
