January 1, Hollywood Elite Just Can’t Quit Trump
Wyatt’s Take
- Some celebrities just can’t let go of their grudge against President Trump.
- Many Hollywood elites have made bashing Trump their main act.
- Their obsession shows how out of touch they are with regular Americans.
Hollywood has never hidden its hatred for Donald Trump, but some stars seem to have made it their life’s work. Even with Trump serving his second term, many in the entertainment world are still outraged, unwilling to accept his leadership.
On red carpets, late-night TV, and podcasts, a march of celebs can be heard railing against the president. For them, Trump isn’t just a politician—they say he is something worse.
Robert De Niro stands out as a leading Trump critic. The legendary actor called President Trump a “wannabe gangster” and a “monster.”
“Trump does not understand anything about humanity,” De Niro said. “He has no empathy. I don’t know what he is, but he’s an alien, and he wants to hurt this country. It’s something deeply psychological in him. He wants to hurt people.”
He claimed Trump would refuse to leave the White House at the end of his term, saying, “We cannot let up because [Trump] is not going to leave the White House. He does not want to leave the White House; he will not leave the White House. Anybody who thinks, ‘Oh, he’ll do this, he’ll do that,’ is just deluding themselves.”
De Niro has even compared Trump to historical villains, saying he’s “worse than Mussolini” and insists Trump “wants to destroy democracy.”
Kathy Griffin, another fierce critic, hit rock bottom in 2017 when she posed with a fake bloody Trump head. The outrage even pushed some Hollywood insiders to back away from her.
Afterwards, she said, “I’m not afraid of Donald Trump. What’s happening to me has never happened, ever in the history of this great country, which is that a sitting president of the United States and his grown children and the first lady are personally, I feel, personally trying to ruin my life forever.”
Griffin has kept up her attacks, recently saying, “People are calling this protest the No Kings Day, because Trump thinks he’s a f***ing king.” She added, “He’s barely a president.”
She doubts Trump’s election victory is fair, blaming wealthy allies for influencing the election. Griffin even accused Elon Musk of paying voters for support and called him a “professional Nazi.” She also said it’s “suspicious” Trump won all the swing states.
Whoopi Goldberg uses her spot on “The View” to take shots at Trump. She calls him “the man in the White House” or “you know who” instead of using his name.
Goldberg often says she can’t talk to people who support the president. She’s made it clear her anger extends to every Trump backer, and she questions whether they care about the country’s future.
These Hollywood figures seem more interested in stirring up anger than having honest debates. Their extreme views put them far from the problems of working-class folks.
If you’re tired of elites telling you how to think, stay informed with news that puts America first.

Regular Americans want leaders to fix real problems, not celebrities ranting from their mansions. The loudest voices in Hollywood can’t drown out heartland values of hard work, family, and common sense.
