January 1, Federal Judge Drops Lawsuit Against Male Sorority Member in Wyoming, Declines to Define “Woman”

In a decision making waves across the University of Wyoming, a lawsuit aimed at expelling a male member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority has been thrown out by a federal judge. U.S. District Court Judge Alan Johnson, appointed by Ronald Reagan, underscored that the court won’t be the one to define the term “woman.”

For those out of the loop, members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at the University of Wyoming initiated this lawsuit against both the sorority and one Artemis Langford. Although biologically male, Langford identifies as a female and was granted membership into the sorority. Controversy arose when accusations emerged of Langford making untoward comments and allegedly observing female members showering and dressing.

Breaking it down, Judge Johnson remarked, “The University of Wyoming chapter voted to admit — and, more broadly, a sorority of hundreds of thousands approved — Langford. The delegate of a private, voluntary organization interpreted ‘woman,’ otherwise undefined in the nonprofit’s bylaws, expansively; this Judge may not invade Kappa Kappa Gamma’s freedom of expressive association and inject the circumscribed definition Plaintiffs urge.”

However, the plot thickens. In the lawsuit, six sorority sisters outlined various uncomfortable incidents allegedly caused by Langford. These include a rather unsettling event where, post witnessing a female changing her shirt, Langford allegedly displayed a visible erection. The narrative gets even more cringe-worthy with Langford later purportedly quizzing the woman about her “romantic attachments.”

Putting forth their case, the girls in the sorority state, “Langford states that he is transgender and that he self-identifies as a woman. His behavior, however, does not reflect a man living as a woman let alone a man attempting to ‘consistently live’ as a woman.”

Rachel Berkness, the attorney in Langford’s corner, fired back, labeling the accusations as “baseless.” She emphasized, “The allegations against Ms. Langford should never have made it into a legal filing. They are nothing more than cruel rumors that mirror exactly the type of rumors used to vilify and dehumanize members of the LGBTQIA+ community for generations.”

But, for Cassie Craven, representing the aggrieved sorority sisters, it’s more than just this case. For her, it’s about the broader principle of safeguarding women’s rights. “Women have a biological reality that deserves to be protected and recognized,” Craven stated firmly, invoking the legacy of suffragists.

This saga at the University of Wyoming is just the tip of the iceberg, echoing a larger, ongoing debate about identity, rights, and social constructs. Expect many more discussions on this front.

The police won’t do anything. The courts won’t do anything. Time to take matters into your own hands. Six of you girls with knives should work nicely. Take the transgender outside and let him have it to the kidneys. Nobody saw anything. Nobody heard anything. End of problem.

If I had a daughter who joined a sorority and a man pretending to be a woman was accepted while the court agrees with him, I would remove my daughter from that sorority IMMEDIATELY. Hope all others would do the same.

In cases where woke Judicial officials look at what should be considered common sense! The judge basically advocated that it is not his problem that a male can force themselves on women without regard to their safety, or privacy. I would advise the women to find a private residence where they could share the in paying rent. They could start up an independent Sorority not tied to their new residence so the male women can’t force their way into the new house. I would further advise of your intent to close their Sorority due to safety concerns. Best of luck ladies, he might try to follow you into a new house.

WHY would any actual woman want to stay in any sorority with a man as a member?? IF they all quit, he could have the house all to himself to watch his Pornhub movies in private. Very sad a Reagan appointee has gone WOKE on this one.

This is one stupid judge, ignoring scientific fact. The man is a man and will NEVER be anything else. The toxic transgender massive communist WAR is on all 166 million American women. It’s bad enough that the transgenders EXCLUDE women from winning awards, trophies and scholarships in female sports, they also EXCLUDE women’s ESTABLISHED rights to security, safety, privacy and modesty in all women’s biologically designated female facilities including bathrooms, locker rooms, changing rooms, showers, bedrooms for school away events, abused women’s shelters, college sororities and women’s prisons. Mentally ill men have sexually raped and harassed women in all these facilities.

I cannot believe a biological male is allowed to crash a female sorority in Wyoming, as a resident, I had hoped this woke crap and the so called males pretending to be females would not infiltrate our great state. If those people want to identify as a sex that they were not born as, then PLEASE leave our state, there are plenty of places that would welcome you, Calif, NY, Oregon, Washington. Please let us have a few places that are not infected with this perverted behavior. Let us here, in Wyoming, keep our conservative, moral ideals. You transgenders and those that identity as someone else do not need to be everywhere. We have rights too, but these wokesters, only think their rights are important. This madness must have its limits.

There is only one thing that would certainly make this faux female leave the sorority. ALL the girls should give the University an ultimatum that the women DEFINITELY WILL resign from the sorority and let the muppet have it and join another sorority. With ZERO girls around to commiserate with, this muppet would have no choice but to leave. The University would then have to negotiate with the muppet and coax her to be considerate of women’s “safe spaces” or they ALL will resign and that would be a major tragedy for the sorority. Of course, a much more effective way would be for some of the boyfriends of the sorority members to take the muppet out to a local bar and inform him that they will castrate him if he ever again looked at one of their girlfriends in a bathroom or shower. That pressure alone might be just enough to cause Ms. Langford to reconsider and resign from the sorority. Desperate times call for desperate measures. That time has arrived. History demands an answer to this scourge of transgender “invasion” of safe spaces. Let’s settle it once and forever more. Easier said than done in a society full of people who don’t even know what bathroom to use anymore.

Hey. Just let the boyfriends just do the deed. That will solve the problem.

Stupid majority of “sisters” (real females) that voted to accept this mentally confuased man into their sorority deserve what they got. Now they have to do something to force him to resign. Maybe a diaily kick between the legs would convince him. It would have to be applied to all the members. All would swear they got the same force (hard) kick that he got while he is doubled over in pain.

There are only 2 sexes, female and male, just look at nature. Anything other than that is contrived, made up, a false concept invented so that those who believe otherwise will be accepted as real by others. This is a fake idea that should not be taken seriously.

Just like Leo above said, who voted for him to become a “sister”? Did they not recognize that he, she, it was not a girl. Having been in a fratnerity (SEA) many years ago, I put the blame of this situation on the girls that voted him into their sisterhood. Back in the day, these people were called Transvestites, & were very easliy recognizable. For me they still are today. Good Luck Ladies!!!

A male wishing to convert to female must first meet the Benjamin Standards of care. This requires 2 years living as female 100% of the time, 1 year on female hormones, plus other “gateway items” to becoming a woman. This has been the standard for Male to female surgery for years. UNLESS THESE CONDITIONS ARE MET, AND IRREVERSIBLE SURGERY IS ACCOMPLISHED, the subject can not be considered to be a woman. PERIOD.

It sees that these standards have been forgotten.
