Wyatt’s Take

  • The FBI paid over $100,000 to anti-Trump activists for help on Jan. 6 and Arctic Frost probes.
  • Some Sedition Hunters using facial recognition had foreign ties, which raised security alarms.
  • Top officials approved these payments despite risks of bias and secrecy violations.

The FBI under Biden handed out more than $100,000 to tech-savvy activists known for their anti-Trump views. These Sedition Hunters were paid to help sort through video evidence related to the Jan. 6 Capitol chaos and the Arctic Frost investigation.

Officials admit some of these operatives had known foreign ties. One memo showed the FBI knew a United Kingdom member was running facial recognition software on Americans for arrests just days after January 6, 2021.

The activists got at least $150,000 for their efforts. They helped the FBI identify suspects and dig up video links to Trump supporters during the 2020 election aftermath and January 6 incident.

Director Kash Patel said the agency’s informant choices may have broken key rules, including those on secrecy and bias. “Paying openly anti-Trump activists to identify Americans using questionable technology is a stunning abuse of bureau authorities and a clear violation of longstanding informant rules,” he stated plainly.

A Sedition Hunter was brought in as a paid informant again in 2023. The FBI paid $20,000 for efforts to connect attendees from Trump’s speech to the Capitol riot, even though the former president never stepped foot inside the building that day.

The payment was signed off by a top aide to Special Counsel Jack Smith, as confirmed through official memos. Those documents show a deputy and other staff approved the money, with one simply replying, “Concur, thank you.” The names of informants remain blacked out in released files.

The group’s social media presence leaves no secret about their anti-Trump bias, openly mocking and attacking him in their posts.

The FBI claims it has fired supervisors tied to these informant deals and is still reviewing the matter to ensure all involved are out.

As new details hit Congress, the fact that Trump critics got paid to spy on Americans is sparking outrage and raising questions on political bias at the bureau.

The American people deserve the right to know names of the guilty. If you let them get away with this our country is lost. Justice needs to be had.

No wonder the FBI has lost the respect of the public. They are corrupt.

Corrupt, biased and deceitful…unqualifed to represent or protect Americans.

It is time for the American People to insist OUR government uses it power to investigate the FBI and actually charge the guilty persons to stand trial, and the guilty ones actually go to prison for the longest period allowed. I am tired of government departments getting away with cheating, lying, anti-government activities with no consequences!
We The People must start electing the people who tell us the truth and do what they promise.
