January 1, Exposed: Hospitals Pressured on Child Gender Surgeries

Wyatt’s Take

  • The Human Rights Campaign uses a rating system to push hospitals toward child gender surgeries.
  • Hospitals risk losing points if they refuse risky transgender procedures for minors.
  • Religious hospitals are punished for following faith-based care.

A recent report shows the Human Rights Campaign’s tactics to get hospitals to do child gender surgeries. Their “Healthcare Equality Index” penalizes hospitals unless they follow strict transgender guidelines.

Hospitals earn points by pushing procedures like genital surgeries, breast removal, or hormone treatments for young patients. Those that don’t go along face low scores, even if they’re church-run or have safety concerns.

“It is time to expose and root out the Human Rights Campaign’s vast influence over healthcare systems. Our report sheds light on how the HRC weaponized its so-called ‘Healthcare Equality Index’ to pressure pediatric hospitals into chemically and surgically castrating children,” said Kurt Miceli, MD.

The report names dozens of children’s hospitals joining this system, trying to win top awards like “LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equity Leader.” Points are also deducted—sometimes as much as 25—for hospitals refusing these practices or favoring religious guidance.

The HRC pushes guidance for young kids, saying even five-year-olds should be able to change genders whenever they want. This goes against scientific findings, like reports from the UK and Finland, which say most children with gender issues already suffer from mental health struggles.

“The HRC takes to heart the child-led model of pediatric gender medicine. Yet, the reality is that children and adolescents undergo significant cognitive development, particularly in areas of the brain responsible for impulse control, long-term planning, and understanding consequences,” the Do No Harm report states.

The Human Rights Campaign also tells parents puberty blockers are harmless, even though science shows lasting harm. Their programs in schools are accused of spreading gender confusion and increasing mental health issues among youth.

This push by activists to control hospitals and schools risks harming kids, undermining faith, and ignoring common sense values that used to protect our children.

Our families deserve honesty, not pressure from outside groups with political agendas. It’s time to take a stand for America’s children and what’s right.

Wyatt Matters

Nothing is more important than protecting innocent children from dangerous medical fads. Heartland families know kids need care, not confusion, and that our nation’s future depends on common sense guiding our institutions—not political pressure or reckless experimentation.
