January 1, Elon Musk’s Bold Plan to Slash Government Spending

Published

on

Elon Musk, the big guy behind SpaceX and Tesla, is tackling something super important. He wants to help the government save money with a new team called the Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE for short. Musk thinks they can cut $2 trillion out of the Biden-Harris administration’s giant $6.5 trillion budget. Now that’s a big promise!

Even though some folks think Musk is aiming too high, plenty of us believe in shaking up the system. Marc Goldwein from the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget doesn’t think $2 trillion a year is possible, saying it’s more than what we spend on lots of stuff besides defense. But hey, it’s about time someone tried to spot where all our money is going!

While finding $2 trillion a year might be hard, it doesn’t mean we can’t cut billions. Over ten years, there are ways to save big. Trump, when he gets back in office, could roll back Biden’s ideas, saving $1.4 trillion, and another $700 billion could come from other easy changes.

Vivek Ramaswamy, working with Musk, says they might even get rid of some federal agencies. That’s music to our ears if it means less government and more cash in our pockets.

There’s plenty of excitement around DOGE. Goldwein thinks it’s great if they can cut waste in healthcare, especially with Medicare and Medicaid. CRFB has lots of suggestions on how to save big bucks over the next decade.

So, even if Musk’s big number seems tricky, many folks are hoping DOGE can really make a change. Let’s keep an eye on it and see if they can help us save some serious money!

Wyatt Matters!

Everyone knows how easy it is to waste money, especially when it comes to the government. Elon Musk is stepping up to try and fix this with his new plan called the Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE. The idea is to find ways to help the government save a ton of money. Musk thinks he can save $2 trillion out of the big $6.5 trillion budget. That’s a lot of cash! Even if some people say it’s impossible, it’s important to see if we can make the government more careful with its spending.

Some experts don’t believe saving $2 trillion is realistic. Marc Goldwein says it’s like trying to save more money than what we spend on a lot of important services except for defense. But it is still worth it to dig and find out where we can make cuts. Even if chopping $2 trillion isn’t possible, there are smaller changes that can add up. Over time, those little changes could save billions. It’s encouraging to think about how these savings could be used for other important things or even save everybody some money!

People like Vivek Ramaswamy are helping Musk look for wasteful spending, and maybe even get rid of some parts of the government we don’t need. Fewer useless expenses mean more money for the things that really matter, like healthcare or education. If DOGE can help cut down on waste, especially in giant programs like Medicare and Medicaid, it could make a real difference. Everyone is watching to see what they can do, and maybe, just maybe, this could be the start of some big, exciting changes!

It cannot be done! From the same MSM that said Com-Allah would win in a landslide. Trump/Russia collusion was real and Hunter’s laptop was Russian misinformation (LIES). Truly an amazing record for truth (PRAVDA).

Yes it can be done. If fact, even more money could be saved. People who say it can’t be done are the problem as well. It would be very to do. I could do it very easily and very quickly. Anyone with two brain cells could do it. Those that say it can’t be done need to live in another country. Leave America and don’t come back!!!! We don’t need crooks like that in this country.

We could also cut out a lot of the money were sending to foreign countries for things like gender studies in Pakistan. You could also save a lot of money for both the Gov an citizens by reducing or eliminating some regulations, I think any regulation written and implemented under Biden should be completely stripped from the laws.

I often wished for wealth, but there is always someone smarter who can obtain or steal that wealth. I would rather be smart than wealthy! This is really simple to understand? For any idiot to understand? If I had intelligence, (high IQ), instead of GREAT WEALTH, i would be smart enough not to spend over 6 million dollars for a Banana Duct Tapped To A Wall!!!
