January 1, Charges Against Hunter Biden Are “Imminent”

Federal investigators think they have gathered enough evidence to charge President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden with crimes related to taxes and falsifying paperwork to purchase a gun, according to a report.
The Washington Post reported that federal prosecutors “determined months ago” that they had a viable criminal case against the president’s 52-year-old son, but agents do not have the ability to file charges. Only the U.S. attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, has that authority. Weiss was appointed by former President Donald Trump in 2018, the same year that the probe into Hunter Biden began.
A former senior official in the Department of Justice told Fox News that the next step may be “imminent.”
Hunter Biden’s attorney Chris Clark was incensed over the report, saying that if a federal agent had leaked information pertaining to the investigation, they had committed a federal felony.
“It is a federal felony for a federal agent to leak information about a Grand Jury investigation such as this one,” Clark said in a statement.
Clark said he has not had any contact “whatsoever with any federal investigative agent.”
“Therefore, a rendition of the case from such an ‘agent’ is inherently biased, one-sided, and inaccurate. It is regrettable that law enforcement agents appear to be violating the law to prejudice a case against a person who is a target simply because of his family name,” Clark said.

Gun and tax charges? Is that all? They go after Trump and his kids for anything and everything they can conjure up. Daddy,Joe, will protect him because his Dad is a criminal and he gets away with everything. Can’t wait till November when the charges against both of them can begin. If they allow prisoners to have straws in prison Hunter can concentrate on his artwork.

They go after Trumps kids all the time for anything they can conjure up. Trump was impeached twice on made up charges. This little twit, Hunter, thinks he can do just about anything and Daddy, Joe, will fix it. Besides illegal gun purchase and tax charges there is a whole lot more this crack using, prostitute paying, non child support paying, deals with the Chinese making, straw spitting so called artist should be charged with. Just to name a few. He should be an embarrassment to his family but they are Just as bad as he is. In November, let the charges begin!!!!!!!

Tax charges and lying on paperwork. This is nothing and he will have little or no consequences. Or receive a pardon from the big guy. This is a smokescreen. Millions of dollars came from China Russia and Ukraine to line the Biden’ pockets.

Okay, let’s calm down and REALLY look at any and all info on this “stuff”. Think about it, absorb it all—don’t approach it as a republican, democrat, liberal, etc. Soak up all the information from any and all “sources”, and then come to your own conclusion.
Everything that we face daily needs to be approached with rational thinking, not hair pulling political reactions. Sit back, take many deep breaths and THEN voice your opinion. Well, that’s just my take!

And, on top of everything else, these charges, if ever filed, will not be released until after the election. The biased, corrupt FBI “leaders” will NOT let this happen, so as not “to influence an election”. The same as corrupt Comey (the looming doofus) did with Hildebeast. But, of course, this is never the case when a Republican is in office, especially when it’s President Trump and his family and allies. Remember, Gen. Flynn, Roger Stone, Steve Bannon, on and on? They get the jack-booted thug FBI goons knocking down their doors before dawn with, not surprisingly, CNN cameras there. Like someone wrote in this thread: this has gotta stop.
