January 1, Biden’s Bold Clemency Move Raises Eyebrows Nationwide

Published

Folks, you won’t believe what’s happening over at the White House. President Biden, who’s 81 years old now, is cleaning up before he leaves. On Thursday, he decided to give pardons to 39 people who were convicted of non-violent crimes and also reduced sentences for 1,500 others. That’s the biggest clemency action in one day ever!

Now, they didn’t tell us who these folks are. The Constitution lets the president do this, except if someone’s been impeached.

But the real kicker is when earlier, he pardoned his own son, Hunter. Hunter was in trouble for two criminal cases, and Biden always said he’d never pardon him. But guess what? He did it anyway. Just like Senator Tuberville said, it’s like Joe doesn’t listen when we call him out.

Biden now went ahead, and pardoned and commuted sentences for more people. He says these folks have changed and are helping make their communities better. A lot of these people were at home during COVID and he thought their sentences were too long.

Biden’s not stopping here. He plans to give more pardons in the coming weeks. Just before he left office, President Obama did something like this too, but he only commuted 330 in one day.

Let’s keep an eye on what else Biden decides to do before he leaves office!

Wyatt Matters!

President Biden is doing something big by granting pardons and reducing sentences for a lot of people. He thinks some of these people deserve a second chance because they’ve been working hard to improve themselves and their communities. While he’s been criticized for these decisions, he’s using his power to try and make things right for folks who were given long sentences for non-violent crimes. It’s a way to show kindness and to help those who have learned from their mistakes.

People have mixed feelings about Biden pardoning his son, Hunter. Even though Biden promised he wouldn’t do it, he changed his mind. Some folks, like Senator Tuberville, think this is unfair and that Biden doesn’t listen to them. It’s a controversial choice, and many people are frustrated, seeing it as special treatment because Hunter is the President’s son. This decision is important because it tells us a lot about Biden’s views on family and justice.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a president use their power to grant pardons right before leaving office. Back in the day, President Obama also used his power to give many people a fresh start. President Biden is planning to give out more pardons soon, which might include more people who have turned their lives around. We should pay attention to what he does next and see how these actions will change the lives of those involved.

Everything Biden has done as POTUS has made eyebrows stand up, eyes to rapidly blink! Hell, he gave himself writers cramp signing 84 Executive Orders his first day of office! IMMediately after that gasoline prices rose, food at the grocery store rose, Inflation went over 9 percent, quickly! Trillions of dollars spent on crap with no return on any investment. Ukraine made out. China loves Biden! Fentanyl has killed hundreds of thousands without anyone receiving a penalty, well, The American People have suffered enough! Kamala has said, “There’s nothing that I would change comes to mind”? That’s simply because she has no brain to “MIND” anything!
I’ve read and have heard, “The BEST Comes To Those Who Wait”? America is waiting! Waiting too long! They’ve Elected Trump again for POTUS and HE can’t wait to turn all this crap around! Day one is going to be like Greyhounds out of the block chasing Waldo! I can’t wait!!!!!!!!!

Charles Kushner, father to President Trump’s son-in-law, was also pardoned by Trump, along with others pardoned by Trump in his past administration as well.    Charles Kushner was recently nominated as ambassador to France in the new administration to take place in January.
I do not believe what Biden has done is correct, but, by law, what Presidents are granted, Bush has done nothing illegal.    All we are doing is going in a continual circle of discussions about why someone shouldn’t be pardoned and getting nowhere,  then wondering why we never get anywhere.  With all the pardoning relatively current or past,  isn’t it time to look at the law and make changes to bring it to a stop?

Biden, over 1500 Pardons? Pardons are meant for injustices, over-kill punishments, unjust penalties imposed? NOT to be handed out as “Get Out Of Free Jail Cards”!But you are correct? BIG changes are required within The Law? NUMBER ONE- It’s not to be used as a political weapon against an opposing candidate!

So it is being thrown about that possibly Liz Chenney, Adam Schift, Dr. Fauci and several others will be getting pardons from Biden but for what? I thought most people thought Fauci saved America from certain Co Vid death…so why the pardon? Of course, we all know that Fauci should have been put before a firing squad for lying to all of us and the world and for raking in billions from his terrible scheme. This just tells me that many many people made millions and to pardon him would keep all of this a terrible secret.

This pardon crap is enough. It is one thing to pardon someone who made a mistake and has taken several years of trying to make up for this mistake. It is time to get them off the hook. But pardons for the likes of Hunter, Fauci, Chenney, Schift, ect have not been charged and/or convicted so there should be no pardons given. What was suppose to be good that came out of pardons has turned to a very dark and ugly over stepping of the law of the land. Enough is enough.

I am convinced that Biden did not do all this for free. Biden is a well-known bribe-taker. Pardoning for Biden is nothing personal, just business and nothing but business.

Congress should enact legislation such that, unless it deals exclusively with an acute National Emergency, any Executive action, includint Executive Orders, Pardons or any other type of Executive actions must wait at least 30 days before beconing effective and have a review by Congress before having a chance of becoming permanent.
