January 1, Biden Escapes Charges, Report Exposes Shocking Memory Decline
Special Counsel Robert Hur has decided not to charge President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents, but his report contains shocking revelations about the deterioration of Biden’s mental state that could be even more politically damaging.
The investigation “uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” but does not establish guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt.” However, Hur’s assessment of Biden’s “significantly limited” memory played a part in his decision not to prosecute.
“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” the report states. “Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt.”
“It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
Hur’s report is filled with examples and assessments of Biden’s deteriorating mental faculties and memory, stating, “Mr. Biden’s memory also appeared to have significant limitations.” Shockingly, the report reveals, “He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died.”
Biden has frequently discussed his son Beau’s death from brain cancer, often attributing his death to dying in Iraq. Perhaps most damning is Biden’s inability to remember his time as vice president:
In his interview with our office… He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (“if it was 2013, when did I stop being Vice President?”), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (“in 2009, am I still Vice President?”).
Despite Hur’s assessment of a prosecution’s chances in court — which mirror the justifications not to charge Hillary Clinton in 2016 — the evidence presented in the report leaves no doubt of Biden’s at-best sloppy handling of classified documents.
“Among the places Mr. Biden’s lawyers found classified documents in the garage was a damaged, opened box containing numerous hanging folders, file folders, and binders. The box…was in a mangled state,” the report reads.
The report also revealed evidence that Biden disclosed classified information to the ghostwriter of his book.
The report’s release comes amid renewed questions about Biden’s mental health. In 2024, Biden has described recent conversations with foreign leaders who died many years ago.

The report essentially claims he IS guilty, but is incompetent to stand trial. If he is not competent to stand trial, his is not competent to remain President.

Justly said. There will come a day when each and every one of us has to admit “AGING ISN’T ALWAYS FUN”. Not just in areas of physical health decline, but also being brave enough to admit to one’s own mental decline. As a retired RN,BSN I’ve seen many individuals both family as well as friends suffer mental decline. Some more so than others and at varying ages and it’s truly heartbreaking. But be brave because “LIFE IS WHAT IT IS” and only God above knows the final outcome. So don’t criticize, mock or ignore these various declines because I can guarantee that someday you’ll all be there. But the elder individual needs to know when it’s appropriate to STOP believing that your mind functions like it did 30 years ago, so be the bigger person and pass the torch to those younger that are more able bodied in both physical and mental facilities needed to be our nations leader. IMO there’s nothing sadder to watch than a declining elderly person trying hard to convince themselves there’s be no changes and/or losses of capacity because they’re only inviting the cruelest responses that are due to come. And oftentimes, much sooner than later. Step away now before you become even more so “the biggest laugh in AMERICAN POLITICS” save us all the continued anguish of all the World Leaders which you may still think are supportive, when honestly they’re thinking you’re already “way pass due” in top functioning let alone leading! Your own family has already shown unbelievable cruelty by “saying” but not “believing” that you’re doing the right thing by trying to be America’s US President in 2024 and how sad and shameful for them all. Starting with your own wife. A supposed educated professional … who’s she kidding? She wants to have the FIRST LADY distinction more than she’s willing to admit or she would be standing beside you in the capacity to show you “the time has come to step aside” and stop her selfishness to pick status over her own husband. How greedy and shameful for all of you.

Hur outlines how Biden actually did commit all these ILLEGAL actions and still can’t bring himself to establish guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. This is judicial bias to the ‘enth degree. He should let the jury commit itself to Biden’s fate and live with the consequences.
Just like Hillary’s case, and Durham’s case—guilty as hell but we’ll let them off the hook with a stern warning….
Now watch how the DOJ’s unmistaken double standard will apply in the Trump documents case.

Joe Biden is stuck either way. If he goes to trial for what he did, he will be out of office sooner. If he gets away with he mental retardation excuse and not convicted, then he will be voted out by the end of the year. IF the Communist Democrats and his wife somehow drag him along as a dead corpse it would be a longshot along with states changing voting laws illegally and unconstitutionally. Otherwise He must end his time making America a mess.
