January 1, Armed Homeowners Patrol LA Wildfire Evacuation Zone

In Altadena, California, some brave homeowners are standing firm to protect their homes from wildfires and looters. Even though everyone’s been told to leave, folks like Mike Leroy and Billy Theodorakopoulos are defying the orders to guard their community.
The wildfires have been terrible, and at least 24 people have died already. But besides the fires, there are looters and arsonists causing even more trouble. The police have been busy, and they’ve arrested a bunch of people for looting and starting fires. The prosecutors want tougher punishments for these criminals.
Leroy and Theodorakopoulos have taken matters into their own hands. At first, they tried using garden hoses to protect their homes from the fire. They fought a garage fire with the help of a few firefighters who had to rush off to the next emergency.
Theodorakopoulos’ wife, Maggie, joked about all the guns folks are carrying now. She calls their town “Texadena” because everyone’s armed and ready to protect themselves.
These folks made a little camp with a solar-powered shower because the power’s out. They’re hoping more neighbors will return so they can take a break and have more help keeping watch. Right now, there are just six of them looking out for the whole place.
Earlier in the week, there were reports about armed folks questioning strangers in the area. People are worried about anyone suspicious because of the looting threat.
The police say everyone should be ready to leave with their families and pets if they have to. It’s important to stay safe and watch out for each other in times like this.
Wyatt Matters!
In Altadena, California, a few homeowners are standing strong to protect their homes from wildfires and looters. Even though everyone has been told to leave, these brave individuals are guarding their community. The wildfires have been terrible, and many people have lost their lives. Besides the fires, there are looters and arsonists causing more harm. The police are doing their best, arresting people for these crimes, but it’s a challenging situation.
Some residents have decided to take matters into their own hands. At first, they used garden hoses to protect their homes from the fire, working alongside firefighters whenever possible. They’ve set up a little camp with a solar-powered shower since the power’s out. With their town now jokingly called “Texadena” because people are armed and ready to protect themselves, they hope more neighbors will return to help keep watch so they can finally take a break.
In times like these, it’s important for everyone to stay safe and watch out for each other. While the police advise being ready to leave with family and pets if necessary, the actions of these homeowners remind us of the strength and courage it takes to stand firm in the face of danger. Looking out for one another is crucial when facing such a challenging and uncertain time.

GOOD FOR THEM! Bad guys with guns are not as intimidating when GOOD PEOPLE with guns will protect their lives and belongings.

I’ll bet that even commyfornia cops will not enforce some of their stipid gun control laws during this crisis. Dead crimminals save court and maybe incarceration costs.
